Joint Planning Committee. The SACC shall form, as a subcommittee, a JPC, comprised of representatives of the Parties’ respective staffs in numbers and functions to be identified from time to time. Each Party shall have the right, every other year, to designate a Chairman of the JPC to serve a one-year calendar term, except that the term of the first Chairman shall commence on the Effective Date and end December 31, 2004. The SACC shall designate the first Chairman. The Chairman shall be responsible for the scheduling of meetings, the preparation of agendas for meetings, and the production of minutes of meetings. The JPC shall coordinate the coordinated system planning under this Agreement, including the following:
(a) Prepare and document detailed procedures for the development of power system analysis models. At a minimum, and unless otherwise agreed, the JPC shall develop common power system analysis models to perform coordinated system planning, as well as models for power flow analyses, short circuit analyses, and stability analyses. For studies of interconnections in close electrical proximity at the boundaries between the systems of the Parties, the JPC will direct the performance of a detailed review of the appropriateness of applicable power system models.
(b) Prepare, on a regular basis, a Coordinated System Plan as required under Section 9.3.5.
(c) Coordinate all planning activities under this Article IX, including the exchange of data provided under this Article.
(d) Maintain and share the cost of maintaining an Internet site and e-mail or other electronic lists for the communication of information related to the coordinated planning process.
(e) Meet at least semi-annually to review and coordinate transmission planning activities. Such meetings shall include, as determined by either Party to be necessary based on internal discussions, discussion of any system operations or market operations issues as they impact long range planning and the coordination of planning between the systems.
(f) Support the review by any federal or provincial agency of elements of the Coordinated System Plan.
(g) Support the review by multi-state entities to facilitate the addition of inter- state transmission facilities.
(h) Establish working groups as necessary to provide adequate review and development of the regional plans.

Joint Planning Committee. Each Party shall have the right, alternating every two years, to designate a Chairman of the JPC to serve a two-year calendar term beginning in 2014. The first two-year chairmanship shall commence on January 1, 2014 and end December 31, 2015. The Chairman shall be responsible for the scheduling of meetings, the preparation of agendas for meetings, and the production of minutes of meetings. For the purpose of interregional transmission planning coordination, the JPC shall meet no less than twice per year. The JPC shall meet more frequently during the development of a Coordinated System Plan as determined to be necessary by the Parties.
Joint Planning Committee. JPC. The OC shallmay form, as a subcommittee of the OC, a JPC. The JPC shall be, comprised of representatives of the Parties’ respective staffs in numbers and functions to be identified from time to time. The JPC may establish working groups and/or task forces as deemed appropriate to facilitate performance of the transmission planning objectives outlined in this Article. The JPC shall have a Chairman. The Chairman shall be responsible for: the scheduling of meetings; the preparation of agendas for meetings; the production of minutes of meetings; and for chairing JPC meetings. The Chairman shall serve a one-year calendar term, except that the term of the first Chairman shall commence on the Effective Date and terminate at the end of the calendar year of the Effective Date. The OC shall designate the first Chairman. Thereafter, the right to designate the Chairman shall rotate from Party to Party. The JPC shall coordinate planning of the Parties’ respective systems under this Agreement, including the following:
9.1 As needed to conduct a Coordinated Transmission Planning Study.1 Prepare and document detailed procedures for the development of power system analysis models. At a minimum, and unless otherwise agreed, the JPC shall develop common power system analysis models to perform coordinated system reliability planning for the Parties’ Planning Coordinator areas, as applicable, includingwell as models for power flow analyses, short circuit analyses, and stability analyses, as required.
Joint Planning Committee. (a) WDS and Xxxxxxx hereby establish a committee to oversee the Alliance (the "Joint Planning Committee"), the initial members of which (the "Committee Members") shall be the individuals identified on Exhibit E hereto. The Joint Planning Committee will at all times be composed of four designees from WDS and four designees from Xxxxxxx. WDS shall designate one WDS Committee Member to act as chairman of the Joint Planning Committee (the "Chairman"). Any vacancy in the Joint Planning Committee created by a Committee Member designated by WDS shall be filled as soon as is reasonably practicable by WDS, and any vacancy created by a Committee Member designated by Xxxxxxx shall be filled as soon as is reasonably practicable by Xxxxxxx. Either such Party may change its representatives on the Joint Planning Committee upon 30 days prior written notice to the other Party.
(b) Initially, the Joint Planning Committee will meet monthly to:
(i) discuss and resolve any issues relating to the provision of Truck Leasing Services by Xxxxxxx to WDS and its customers;
(ii) discuss and resolve any issues relating to the provision of Logistics Services by WDS to the Xxxxxxx Group and its customers;
(iii) develop and implement a Business Plan and approve any changes thereto;
(iv) discuss and monitor the performance of WDS and Xxxxxxx against the Business Plan;
(v) evaluate and plan joint marketing activities between WDS and Xxxxxxx; and
(vi) design a cross-selling incentive plan and review revenues generated by each such Party against the targets set forth in the Business Plan.
(c) Initially, the Joint Planning Committee shall meet at least monthly, or more frequently as WDS and Xxxxxxx agree, to review the status of the Alliance's operations and strategies (as described above). Such meetings are to be held alternately at WDS's principal place of business, and at Xxxxxxx' principal place of business, or at such other place as the Joint Planning Committee may establish. Meetings may be held by telephone conference call or similar equipment if all Committee Members participating in the meeting can hear each other, and be heard by each other, at the same time. The Chairman shall be responsible for giving written notices of such regular meetings (including descriptions of the matters to be considered at such meetings) to all Committee Members at least seven days before each meeting. Joint Planning Committee. 1.2.1 The Regional Planning Parties shall form a Joint Planning Committee ("JPC") comprised of representatives of the Regional Planning Parties in numbers and functions to be identified by the Regional Planning Parties from time to time as necessary to ensure that the JPC has the appropriate subject matter experts to perform its functions as stated below. Each Regional Planning Party shall have the right, every other year, to designate a Chairman of the JPC to serve a one-year calendar term, except that the term of the first Chairman shall commence on the Effective Date of these Tariff provisions and end December 31 of the same year. The Regional Planning Parties jointly shall agree on the first Chairman. The Chairman shall be responsible for the scheduling of meetings, the preparation of agendas for meetings, and the production of minutes of meetings.
Joint Planning Committee. 4.2.1 The Joint Planning Committee (“JPC”) shall be comprised of two (2) voting members from the Town of Merton and two (2) voting members from the Town of Oconomowoc (“JPC Member” or “JPC Members”).
4.2.2 The JPC Members shall be appointed by and serve at the discretion of the Town Chairs and confirmed by the Town Boards for their respective municipalities. One of the JPC Members from each municipality shall be a member of the Plan Commission of that
Joint Planning Committee. A ten member joint planning committee shall be created to make recommendations to the Town Boards, the City Council and to Calumet County on zoning and planning issues in the ETJ. The committee shall consist of three (3) Town Board members from each Township; three (3) members from the City Plan Commission appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council; and one (1) member from the Calumet County Planning staff appointed by the County Administrator. The chair of the joint planning committee shall be rotated between the City and the Towns on an annual basis. The representatives of the City and Towns shall be the voting members of the committee. The County shall act in an advisory capacity for the best interest of all parties. On matters only affecting the City of Xxxxxxx and the Town of Charlestown, the members of the Town of Xxxxxxx shall abstain. At the same time members from the Town of Charlestown agree to abstain from all matters voted on that are exclusively between the City of Xxxxxxx and the Town of Xxxxxxx. It is the general intention that specific matters between respective municipalities should be dealt with accordingly, however on any issue that in any way affects all of the municipalities all members of the committee shall vote. Such committee shall meet at least quarterly to discuss planning and zoning issues within the ETJ. The City agrees to prepare and keep the minutes of the meetings and maintain the records of the committee’s actions. This paragraph shall be liberally interpreted by the parties. Nothing in this paragraph shall be interpreted or implied as an agreement to have Extra Territorial Zoning.
Joint Planning Committee. In the event the Employer is required to give notice pursuant to this article, the Employer shall forthwith thereafter establish a Joint Planning Committee consisting of a minimum of two (2) members elected by the Union with an equal number of Employer representatives. It is the object of the Joint Planning Committee to develop an adjustment program to eliminate the necessity for the termination of employment; or minimize the impact of the termination of employment on the redundant employees and to assist those employees in obtaining other employment. The members of the Joint Planning Committee shall elect from among themselves two (2) CO-Chairpersons, one being a representative of the redundant employees selected by the Union and the other being a representative of the Employer selected by its representatives. Each member of the Joint Planning Committee is entitled to be paid for the hours they spend performing their necessary work at applicable rates. The Committee will Collective Agreement between Gray Line of Victoria and CAW Local Section I (General) be entitled to continue its work for up to six (6) calendar months following the date of notice as outlined in this article. The Employer agrees to approach applicable government departments and agencies to seek additional funds to assist the Joint Planning Committee. The Joint Planning Committee shall establish an Action Centre identifying an appropriate mutually agreed site and the Company shall pay for this site and equip the Centre. The Company will provide eight (8) hours of paid time for terminated employees prior to their final date of work to attend classes on adjustment issues (El, benefits, job market, training, etc.) to be organized by the Union. Workers will each have a one (1) hour needs on paid release time.
Joint Planning Committee. The JPC will be responsible for the planning ------------------------ and monitoring of the Pharmacogenomics Collaboration. In particular, the activities of the JPC shall include:
(a) Approving Pharmacogenomic Projects and their associated Pharmacogenomics Plans and establishment of prioritization criteria for specific Pharmacogenomics Projects, including explicit determination of experimental initiation and Completion;
(b) Supervision of workflow, including experimental sample transfer, sample analysis and data quality control, database posting, data analysis and summarization, software installation (access), training and maintenance;
(c) Monitoring of sample throughput, specific project and overall Pharmacogenomics Collaboration progress, including resolving issues and determining future Pharmacogenomic Plans and timelines;
(d) Ensuring compliance with the terms of the Agreement;
(e) Ensuring timely disclosure of Pharmacogenomics Project Inventions and the development and implementation of patenting strategies; and
(f) Assigning tasks and responsibilities taking into account each Party's respective specific capabilities and expertise in order in particular to avoid duplication and enhance efficiency and synergies.
Joint Planning Committee. The Joint Planning Committee, including both elected and citizen members, is an advisory body to the DCPS and the governing bodies of the Cities. The Joint Planning Committee shall be composed of nine members as follows: • One member appointed by the DCPS from among its membership; • One member appointed by the City Council from among its membership; • Three lay members appointed by the Superintendent of Schools; • Two lay members appointed by the Mayor; • One lay member appointed by the City Council President; and • One lay member appointed jointly by the Mayor, the City Council President, the Chair of the DCPS and the Superintendent of Schools The Joint Planning Committee will review and coordinate the activities covered under this Inter- local Agreement. As outlined in Resolution 2001-65-A of the City Council of Jacksonville and the companion Resolution of the DCPS approved on March 7, 2001, the Joint Planning Committee is charged with the following responsibilities: • Review future growth patterns of Xxxxx County; • Review existing sites and identify future sites and facility needs for schools, libraries, parks and community centers; • Consider future site-compatible community facilities; and • Review the annual update of the Interlocal Agreement. The Joint Planning Committee shall be assisted by the XXX Team during the planning and im- plementation of the school concurrency program.
