Ethical Guidelines. The most current EMDRIA Code of Ethics will guide the conduct of the consultant and consultee. This applies regardless of supervisee’s affiliation with EMDRIA or with other professional organizations.

Such conduct shall, in accordance with this Agreement, be regarded as a material breach of Agreement and may result in the termination of the Agreement. All inquiries are taken seriously and examined with the promise of confidentiality.
Ethical Guidelines. Participating nations shall establish comprehensive ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment, addressing issues such as privacy, fairness, transparency, accountability, and the prevention of discriminatory practices. These guidelines shall be aligned with universally recognized human rights principles and take into account cultural, social, and economic contexts. Ethical considerations shall be integrated into AI research, development, deployment, and decision-making processes, promoting the responsible use of AI technologies.
Ethical Guidelines. Supplier shall provide the Service and all related Material and Services to AT&T while abiding by the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals’ Code of Ethics and all applicable laws. In obtaining competitive business information, it may be necessary for Supplier to contact AT&T’s competitors. Supplier shall follow AT&T’s ethical guidelines as set forth below when contacting a AT&T competitors:
a. Supplier will not say anything misleading, deceptive or untrue. Proprietary Information The information contained in this Agreement is not for use or disclosure outside AT&T, Supplier, their Affiliates and their third party representatives, except under written agreement by the contracting Parties.
b. Supplier will not enter into any agreement fraudulently, i.e., order services and then cancel before the service is installed or completed.
c. Supplier will always give its name to the competitor, if requested.
d. Supplier will provide its name and client if asked or, as an alternative, provide the option of terminating the discussion.
e. Supplier will not provide the competitor with prices, pricing policies, or any sensitive or confidential or proprietary information of AT&T in exchange for competitive information.
f. Supplier must obtain AT&T’s prior written authorization, including authorization for funding, for any project requiring services by a third-party consultant, payment of any fees in addition to those contemplated by this Agreement, or execution of any other agreement that would require the payment of any additional fees by AT&T to Supplier. Any failure of Supplier to abide by these guidelines will constitute a material breach of this Agreement, entitling AT&T to pursue all available remedies at law or in equity.
Ethical Guidelines. The BEACONING small scale pilots started at the end of June 2017. Therefore, the ethical guidelines have been revised for each pilot in order to ensure that all pilots comply with regulations, legislations and deadlines for applications. Partners provided input for modifications or completions that had to be made to the descriptions in Deliverable D1.7 and Deliverable D1.8, which can be seen in the list below. The entire ethical guidelines for each pilot can be seen in ANNEX I: Ethical Guidelines.

The Norwegian Cancer Society makes it a precondition that all mandatory approvals exist that are required for execution of the project. The grant is given under the precondition that the Project Owner or Project Manager has not for the past 10 years received or expects to receive support from the tobacco industry. This includes the Foundation for a Smoke-free World and enterprises, groups of companies and the like if production or sales encompasses to a significant extent on-going revenue from the production and/or sale of clearly cancer-causing substances such as tobacco. The Norwegian Cancer Society may request of the responsible institution inspection of its accounting, including complete documentation, that shows the use of the funds awarded by the Norwegian Cancer Society. In the event of any possible contradiction between this project contract and the Norwegian Cancer Society’s Application Guidelines for the specific call or collaboration agreements between the Project Owner and the Norwegian Cancer Society, this document shall take precedence.

Ethical Guidelines. The ethical guidelines have been revised for BEACONING’s large scale-pilots happening end of 2018 and beginning of 2019. This ensures that all pilots comply with regulations, legislations and deadlines for applications. Relevant partners gave input on the processes needed in the specific countries. Large scale pilot countries which were not covered in D1.9 are Israel, Bulgaria, Poland and South Africa. Pilot partners ensure, that pilots will comply with national and European regulations described in D1.7 and D1.8 and the extensions described in General Data Protection regulation.
Ethical Guidelines. The most current American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Code of Ethics or American Counselors Association (ACA) Code of Ethics will guide the conduct of the supervisor and supervisee. This applies regardless of supervisee’s affiliation with other professional organizations.
