Evaluation Joint Committee. An evaluation committee consisting of three annual 12 contract Extension Lecturers and two directors will meet throughout the course of this contract 13 to recommend and pilot other evaluation processes and criteria that may be included in future 14 contracts. They can also consider the relationship of Article 19 to Articles 9 and 21. Any 15 recommendations from the committee for contract changes must be submitted to the Joint 16 Union-Management Committee (JUMC) for review at least six months before the expiration date 17 of this contract. The recommendations of the evaluation committee and the review by the JUMC 18 will not constitute acceptance of the language by either side.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities.   • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund.
