Evaluation Procedure to Assess Employee Competency. When developing and adopting objective evaluation and assessment guidelines pursuant to Section 44660, a school district may, by mutual agreement between the exclusive representative of the certificated employees of the school district and the governing board of the school district, include any objective standards from the California Standards for the Teaching Profession or professional standards related to the bargaining unit member’s position, if the standards to be included are consistent with this article.

  • Policy Grievance – Employer Grievance The Employer may institute a grievance alleging a general misinterpretation or violation by the Union or any employee by filing a written grievance with the Bargaining Unit President, with a copy to the Labour Relations Officer within twenty (20) days after the circumstances have occurred. A meeting will be held between the parties within ten (10) days. The Union shall reply within ten (10) days after the meeting, and failing settlement, the matter may be referred to arbitration.
