EXHIBITOR INSURANCE. Exhibitors are urged to obtain exhibition insurance through their own insurance company to cover their personnel, exhibit material and equipment for the duration of move-in, show days, and move-out including public liability, property damage, fire and theft, etc.
EXHIBITOR INSURANCE. Exhibitors shall carry and maintain during the period of any show in which he/she exhibits, including move-in and move-out days, and at his or her sole cost and expense, personal injury, theft, and property damage coverage under a policy of general public liability insurance. Exhibitor warrants that by signing this contract he or she has compiled specifically with insurance requirement of this contract.
EXHIBITOR INSURANCE. All property of Exhibitor is understood to remain under its custody and control in transit to and from or within the confines of the Meeting area. Hanger, Inc. and Xxxxxxx Opryland Resort do not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor’s property. Exhibitor shall carry Comprehensive General Liability coverage including premises, operations, and contractual liability coverage of at least $500,000 for Personal Injury Liability and $500,000 for Property Damage Liability. Exhibitor shall also carry Worker’s Compensation insurance in full compliance with all federal and state laws and covering all of exhibitor’s employees engaged in performance of any work for exhibitor with at least the following coverage: $100,000 for each accident for bodily injury; $100,000 for each employee for the bodily injury by disease; with a $500,000 policy limit for bodily injury by disease. Exhibitor shall deliver to Hanger, Inc., upon request, certificates evidencing such coverage, naming Hanger, Inc. as a co-insured (or additional insured) and providing that each policy of insurance required to be maintained contains a clause requiring a 30-day pre- cancellation notice to the insured and the co-insured (or additional insured).
EXHIBITOR INSURANCE. (A) Exhibitor shall, at its own expense, secure and maintain insurance for the entire duration of the Event (move-in through move-out), the insurance listed below. All such insurance shall be primary of any other valid and collectible insurance of Exhibitor and shall be written on an occurrence basis. Claims made policies are not acceptable and do not constitute compliance with Exhibitor’s obligations under this paragraph. Comprehensive General Liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate, combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, including coverage for personal injury, contractual, and operation of mobile equipment, products, and liquor liability (if applicable). Automobile Liability insurance (required if bringing automobiles into the show venue) with limits not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, including coverage for owned, non-owned and hired vehicles, including loading, and unloading operators. The Exhibitors comprehensive General Liability and Auto Liability insurance policies shall name as additional insureds (i) Society of Petroleum Engineers, and each of its direct and indirect subsidiaries and other affiliates and (ii) the Event Facility (with no limitations). Exhibitor’s Workers Compensation and Occupational Disease insurance will be in full compliance with all federal and state laws, covering all Exhibitor’s employees engaged in the performance of any work for the Exhibitor. All property of the Exhibitor is understood to remain in its custody and control in transit to, during the Event, and from the confines of the hall. If requested, copies of additional insured endorsements, primary coverage endorsements and complete copies of policies, satisfactory to SPE, shall be promptly furnished to SPE. Certified copies of the Certificates of Insurance or policies shall provide that they may not be cancelled without 30 days’ advance written notice to SPE. The Exhibitor shall obtain a waiver of subrogation from the carrier of each policy described above and the carrier of each other policy that provides fire, explosion or any other risk coverage insuring the Exhibitor’s property, in each case releasing in full such carrier’s subrogation rights. Such insurance shall include contractual liability and product liability coverage, with combined single limits of liability of not less than a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and a minimum of $2,000,000 aggregate coverage. Such insurance shall name National Academy of Sciences; Xxxxxx, Inc.; Xxxxxxxx, Inc.; Washington Convention and Sports Authority, its Board of Directors, officers, and employees; and the Government of the District of Columbia each as an additional insured. Failure to remit such proof shall be a material breach of this Agreement.
EXHIBITOR INSURANCE. 11.1 The Exhibitor must, at its sole cost and expense, procure and maintain for the period of the Event, suitable insurance including public and product liability insurance with limits of not less than AUD$20,000,000 and workers compensation which is sufficient to cover any common law or statutory liability arising as a result of any accident or injury to any person employed or engaged by the Exhibitor.
