Expectation of Students a. Prior to the start of the course, students are required to have completed their online orientation course. b. As specified in the Student Engagement Policy located in the Supplier’s online help centre, students are required to participate actively and regularly in their course(s). c. Students who are in breach of the Engagement Policy will have their enrolment status reviewed by the Supplier in consultation with the School’s SBC and other senior School team members as necessary (PT only). d. The Supplier reserves the right to exclude students (without refund of their fees) who do not uphold the Supplier’s Code of Conduct (which is located in the Supplier’s online help centre) for: I. Continued unexcused absence in breach of the Engagement Policy and/or; II. Unethical behaviour (including academic malpractice); and/or III. Immoral behaviour; and/or IV. Improper use or abuse of social media, online forums or electronic distribution methods, which defames or brings into disrepute the Supplier or School, or breaches the Supplier’s Safeguarding Policy, (which is located in the Supplier’s online help centre). e. Students are required to participate in surveys at regular intervals throughout their course(s).
Expectation of Students. In the maintenance of a sound learning environment, the District shall expect acceptable behavior on the part of all students who attend schools in the District.
Expectation of Students. 10.1 Prior to the start of the first Academic Year, Students are expected to have successfully completed their online Course orientation. 10.2 As specified in the Engagement Policy, Students are expected to participate actively and regularly in their Course(s). 10.3 Students who are in breach of the Engagement Policy will have their enrolment status reviewed by Pamoja Education in consultation with the School’s SBC and Diploma Programme Coordinator. 10.4 Pamoja Education reserves the right to exclude Students (without a refund of their Tuition Fees) for: (a) continued unexcused absence in breach of the Engagement Policy; and/or (b) unethical behaviour (including academic malpractice); and/or (c) immoral behaviour.
Expectation of Students a. A Student will adhere to the rules, guidelines and expectations that are described in the FGCU Student Code of Conduct. b. A Student will meet at least once per semester with their high school counselor to complete a High School Graduation Checklist. c. A Student may lose the opportunity to participate in the ACE Program if the Student is disruptive to the learning process. d. A Student found responsible for academic dishonesty by the FGCU Academic Integrity Committee will be dismissed from the ACE Program at the end of the then current semester. All course grades will be recorded and the decision of responsibility and sanction will be reported to the home high school. The Student will return to his or her high school for completion of his or her high school graduation requirements.

Related to Expectation of Students

  • Evaluation of Students Acknowledging the District’s adopted grading system, the teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of a student. No grade or evaluation shall be changed except by the teacher with the approval of the building administrator.

  • Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.

  • Recognition of Stewards The Employer recognizes employees who are designated by the Union as stewards to act on behalf of the employees.

  • Responsibility of student to attend school on every school day for the educational program in which they are enrolled, on time, ready to learn and take part in school activities • act at all times with respect and show tolerance towards other students and staff • work hard and comply with requests or directions from the teacher and principal • abide by school rules as outlined in the school’s Responsible Behaviour Plan for Students, including not bringing items to school which could be considered as weapons (e.g. dangerous items such as knives) • meet homework requirements and wear school’s uniform • respect the school property.

  • Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.

  • Completion of Services (a) The Customer must: (i) notify Deswik in writing as soon as the Customer becomes aware of any defects in the Services; or (ii) provide Deswik with an email confirming successful completion of any Services Deswik advises the Customer have been completed. (b) If the Customer does not notify Deswik of any defects under clause 5.4(a)(i) or provide Deswik with an email confirming successful completion of the Services within 14 days of Deswik notifying the Customer that the relevant Services are complete, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Services. (c) If the Customer notifies Deswik of any defects under clause 5.4(a)(i), Deswik will, as soon as possible investigate and (where applicable) undertake rectification of the defects. Upon completion of any defect rectification the Customer must promptly provide an email notification of the successful completion of the services, unless further defects exist. In this case, the Customer is further required to notify Deswik of such defects.

  • Confirmation of Status The parties confirm that the Asset Representations Reviewer is not responsible for (a) reviewing the Receivables for compliance with the representations and warranties under the Transaction Documents, except as described in this Agreement, or (b) determining whether noncompliance with the representations or warranties constitutes a breach of the Transaction Documents.

  • Performance by Affiliates Each Party may discharge any obligations and exercise any right hereunder through any of its Affiliates. Each Party hereby guarantees the performance by its Affiliates of such Party’s obligations under this Agreement, and shall cause its Affiliates to comply with the provisions of this Agreement in connection with such performance. Any breach by a Party’s Affiliate of any of such Party’s obligations under this Agreement shall be deemed a breach by such Party, and the other Party may proceed directly against such Party without any obligation to first proceed against such Party’s Affiliate.
