Extended Health Insurance Plan. I. The Company agrees that Extended Health Insurance will be made available to participating employees in the bar- gaining unit, as outlined in this Xxxxx- xxx, during the term of this Agreement. During the calendar year in which an employee completes 2 years of Company Service Credit, he shall receive 2 weeks of vacation. During calendar years in which an employee completes from 3 to 9 years of Company Service Credit, he shall receive 3 weeks of vacation. During calendar years in which an employee completes from to years of Company Service Credit, he shall receive 4 weeks of vacation. During calendar years in which an employee completes from to years of Company Service Credit, he shall receive 5 weeks of vacation. During calendar years in which an employee completes or more years of Company Service Credit, he shall receive 6 weeks of vacation. An employee with or more years of Company Service Credit may carry forward to the succeeding year full week of Cur- rent Year Vacation. An employee with or more years of Company Service Credit may carry forward or 2 full weeks of Cur- rent Year Vacation to build towards a maximum accumulation of 3 weeks carried forward vacation credit. An employee with or more years of Company Service Cred- it may carry forward 2 or 3 full weeks of Current Year Vacation to build towards a maximum accumulation of 6 weeks carried forward vacation credit.
