Extension of Service. This agreement can be extended as per clause 4.4.
Extension of Service. Grantee may build cable plant and serve any unincorporated area of the County where economically feasible and in accordance with the Grantee’s business plan.
Extension of Service. We will continue to provide PORTAL ONE Service for successive 30-day terms after your (Business Customer) Agreement terminates (“Extension Period”) at our then current monthly prices; so long as you continue to fully comply with your obligations under your Agreement. Our respective rights and duties under the section above (Effects) will apply at the end of the Extension Period, except that any termination charge that had been due when the Agreement first terminated will be reduced by amounts you will have paid for Service during the Extension Period. If you do not wish to extend your service, you should notify us before the expiry of the agreement. This will ensure that you will not be disconnected because of oversight on your side to advise us about continuation of service.
Extension of Service. The total fee quoted is in respect of a performance and supply of the services during the times and on the date specified in the Event Agreement invoice. If the Customer requests that the performance time be extended or that additional services be provided, then the additional period, services and fee must be agreed with the Supplier, and either:-
1. if the performance extension is requested once the performance has already started paid in cash prior to the start of the performance extension, or
2. if requested after the Contract Agreement has been entered into but prior to the event a supplementary contract must be entered into by the Customer agreeing to the additional charge, and payment made therefor in the same manner as the remainder of the balance outstanding shown on the Event Agreement form. Extension of service is at the discretion of the Kilowatt Productions Technical Team and Crew , venue and/or other factors that might be of influence.
Extension of Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MMI shall extend service as requested by the City, in which event the Parties shall negotiate a reasonable fee adjustment in good faith in advance. Within 45 days following commencement of services under this Agreement, the Parties will negotiate in good faith to establish additional reasonable and attainable service level requirements consistent with the Parties' reasonable needs based on the vehicle, trip data, 1241692/59917676v.1 headways, software, uptime, and other ridership data available. Service level requirements shall not exceed 4 vehicles available for demand response at any given time.
Extension of Service. Grantee shall make available the services of the Cable System to local businesses. Where a building housing one or more businesses, or multiple buildings housing businesses are not contiguous to residential Dwelling Units, Grantee shall provide service to such building or buildings if they are located one hundred twenty-five (125) feet or less from a terminating point along a trunk, node, or feeder of the Cable System. If said building or buildings are located more than one hundred twenty-five (125) feet from a terminating point along a Cable System trunk, node, or feeder, Grantee may voluntarily provide service to a business or businesses for an amount not to exceed the cost of construction of said portion of the system. In the event that the Grantee should provide service to other businesses or residential Dwelling Units extending from the system constructed for the initial business unit or units, Grantee shall refund fifty (50) percent of the sum charged to the initial business unit or units within six (6) months of the initial provision of service to other businesses or residential Dwelling Units.
Extension of Service. 13.1 New Developments ---------------- The Grantee shall, upon request for service, provide service to all new developments located within Franchise Area I if a new development is located within a portion of Franchise Area I in which construction of the Grantee's cable television system has been completed or is in the process of being completed; provided, however, that the Grantee may, upon approval of the Cable Commission, extend the time for providing such service.
Extension of Service. (a) The Company shall be required to extend the System to and to offer the services of the System to Potential Subscribers where there are at least a total of thirty-five (35) residential dwelling units and/or "occupied commercial or industrial structures" per linear mile. Further, in the event that a tract or tracts within the Franchise Area is undeveloped at the time of the Grant, the Company shall, upon development of said tract or tracts, be required to extend the System (subject to the foregoing density requirement) in cooperation with public utilities servicing the tract or tracts.
(b) Notwithstanding the Grant, the Company shall obtain all necessary federal, state and local government permits, licenses and other required authorizations in connection with the establishment, construction, operation and maintenance of the System.
(c) Where adverse terrain or other factors render extension of the System and offer of services impractical or technically unfeasible, or creates an economic hardship, the Corporate Authorities shall, upon petition of the Company, either waive the extension of the System into such areas, or allow the extension and offer of services on such special terms, conditions and provisions as are reasonable and fair to the Municipality, the Company and Potential Subscribers in such areas.

(if the performance extension is requested once the performance has already started) either paid in cash prior to the start of the performance extension, or (in the event that 30 day payment terms have been agreed) a supplementary contract must be entered into by an authorised member of personnel of the Promoter agreeing to make the additional payment for the additional period at the same time and in the same manner as the remainder of the outstanding balance (being the total fee less and deposit already paid) or
