Facility Maintenance Services. Owner will provide basic facility maintenance services typical in office leases such as repairs for HVAC, lights, water leaks, and other building maintenance involving the fixtures, furniture and equipment in the Premises.

Facility Maintenance Services. Licensor shall maintain the Premises (but shall not have an obligation to maintain the Licensed Area) and shall provide maintenance services in a professional workmanlike manner consistent with telecommunications industry standards.
Facility Maintenance Services. Licensor shall maintain the Facility in a professional workmanlike manner consistent with colocation industry standards, but shall not have an obligation to maintain the Licensed Area. Licensor shall use its good-faith efforts to provide Customer (except in the case of emergency, in which event Licensor shall use reasonable efforts, but shall not be required, to provide Customer with prior notice) not less than twenty four (24) hours prior notice of Licensor’s intent to conduct facility maintenance services and planned repairs (including, but not limited to electrical, mechanical or plumbing work) that may disrupt the provision of Services to Customer. In the event such work will materially disrupt and/or interfere with the business of Customer within the Facility, Licensor and Customer will cooperate to determine an appropriate maintenance window to conduct such work. In emergency situations Licensor shall use reasonable care to minimize the disruption in Customer’s business without the creation of a maintenance window.
Facility Maintenance Services. Provider shall provide User with basic facility maintenance services of The Premises as outlined below: CAPITAL EXPENDITURES: User shall not be responsible for any capital expenses for the refurbishment and improvement of Provider’s Space, unless the improvements are specifically requested by User for improvement to the User’s Space..

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Support and Maintenance Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance services, Licensee’s initial support and/or maintenance term will begin upon delivery to Licensee of the Licensed Software and continue for one (1) year thereafter (or the length of the term if less than a year for any subscription/term license) unless otherwise specified in the applicable annual support and/or maintenance agreement, Product Order, or other written agreement executed between Licensor and Licensee. Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance for any Licensed Software, Licensee hereby agrees that it shall purchase such support and/or maintenance services for all of Licensee’s licensed units of such Licensed Software product. Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Maintenance Support State Street shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct system functions that do not work according to the System Product Description as set forth on Attachment A in priority order in the next scheduled delivery release or otherwise as soon as is practicable.

  • Standard Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below): (a) subject to limitations imposed by Law, customary heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) in season during Building HVAC Hours, stubbed to the Premises; (b) electricity supplied by the applicable public utility, stubbed to the Premises; (c) water supplied by the applicable public utility (i) for use in lavatories and any drinking facilities located in Common Areas within the Building, and (ii) stubbed to the Building core for use in any plumbing fixtures located in the Premises; (d) janitorial services to the Premises, except on weekends and Holidays; (c) elevator service (subject to scheduling by Landlord, and payment of Landlord’s standard usage fee, for any freight service); and (f) access to the Building for Tenant and its employees, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, subject to the terms hereof and such security or monitoring systems as Landlord may reasonably impose, including sign-in procedures and/or presentation of identification cards.
