FACULTY COSTS. C.1. Instructors for the Dual Enrollment Courses shall be subject to the approval of both parties and will adhere to Institution’s policies regarding academic standards and documentation of attendance and grades. The Institution reserves the right to replace any Dual Enrollment Course instructor provided by the High School for non-performance and/or violation of Institution policies and guidelines. The parties will promptly enter into an amendment of this Agreement if the replacement results in the Institution then being responsible for compensating the instructor of the affected Dual Enrollment Course. The parties agree that the primary employer of a Dual Enrollment Course instructor (Institution or High School) shall be responsible to arrange and compensate, if required, a substitute in the event that the instructor will be absent for a class meeting. C.2. In the event the instructor is provided and compensated by the Institution, such compensation will be based upon applicable Institution policies as to Institution faculty. C.3. In the event the instructor is provided and directly compensated by the High School, such compensation will be based upon applicable High School policies and no funds shall be due to the High School from the Institution unless otherwise specified in Section C.6 below. This does not prevent the Institution from entering into separate agreements with instructors who are also employees of the High School to engage such instructors as adjuncts. C.4. CHOOSE ONE OPTION DEPENDING ON THE INSTITUTION’S PROCESS If Institution absorbs the cost of Dual Enrollment Courses that are not covered by Xxxxx Xxxxxx, then delete all of the language below and insert: Intentionally Deleted.

FACULTY COSTS. The School District will assume responsibility for payment of full and part-time School District instructors. The School District assumes responsibility for reasonable and documented expenses incurred by high school faculty. When a TJC provides the faculty for a course—online, face-to-face, or 2-way tv—the school district will reimburse TJC at a rate of $500 per section. Sections smaller than 10 students will be prorated based on the total enrollment in the college section.
FACULTY COSTS. The District will assume responsibility for the timely payment of the costs incurred to recover College expenses for college courses taught as cohort sections as delineated on the Dual Credit Course Agreements. When the College provides the Faculty, including via distance learning, the School District is responsible for the mileage and faculty cost as stipulated in the Dual Credit Course Agreement. The School District is encouraged to hire academic Master’s credentialed faculty for all high school credit-only courses and future college courses to support sustainability of the P-Tech. Changes to the flat rate cost reimbursement for STC Faculty will be reviewed yearly to determine whether adjustments are needed. Any such adjustments will be communicated to the School District during the spring semester to align with the budget process.

The cost of a TJC faculty member will vary based on the teaching load and annual salary of the faculty member.

  • Collection Costs In the event collection efforts are required to obtain payment on this Account, to the extent permitted by law, You agree to pay all court costs, private process server fees, investigation fees or other costs incurred in collection and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in the course of collecting any amounts owed under this Agreement or in the recovery of any Collateral.

  • Reimbursement for Costs The Grantee shall be paid on a cost reimbursement basis for all eligible Project costs upon the completion, submittal, and approval of each deliverable identified in the Grant Work Plan.
