Faculty List. The Employer agrees to provide the Federation President, within a reasonable time during each academic year, the names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers (privacy requests excepted) of all full-time faculty. A list of associate faculty showing name, address, email, telephone number (privacy requests excepted), and administrative unit shall be provided to the Federation President and Associate Faculty Liaison by the third week of the quarter.

Faculty List. Promptly at the beginning of each semester, the University Administration shall provide the UFF with an electronic spread sheet list including name, department/unit, position code, title/rank, appointment status, office location (building name/number and office number), e-mail address, date of hiring, percentage FTE appointment, current year salary rate, in- bargaining-unit code, administrative code, and contact telephone number for each faculty member.
Faculty List. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a quarterly report listing the current faculty in the bargaining unit and their work email addresses.

  • Seniority List The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.

  • Seniority Lists A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president.   • Employee List No later than five (5) Business Days after the Bank Closing Date, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver with a list of all Failed Bank employees the Assuming Institution will not hire.
