Family Assistance. Eligible children receiving premium assistance or direct coverage through 200 percent of the FPL enrolled in Family Assistance.
Family Assistance. The Board may grant an employee up to three (3) days per school year paid leave of absence where the Board is satisfied that such time off is necessary to enable the employee to assist a member of the employee's immediate family (as defined in section 15.01). The Board reserves the right to deny such time off for any reason including the requirements of operations. Such leave, if granted, shall be charged against the employee's accumulated sick leave. Additional days may be granted at the discretion of the Senior Manager of Human Resources, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Family Assistance. Individuals enrolled in Family Assistance receive benefits similar to those provided under Standard. Among other things, individuals enrolled in Family Assistance receive additional demonstration benefits specifically authorized in demonstration expenditure authorities The Commonwealth may waive its requirement for children with access to ESI to enroll in ESI if the Commonwealth determines it is more cost effective to provide benefits under direct Family Assistance coverage than to provide premium assistance. For individuals who derive their Family Assistance benefits via the 1115 demonstration and who are on Direct Coverage, premium assistance will be furnished in coordination with STC 45. There are two separate categories of eligibility under Family Assistance: Family Assistance-HIV/AIDS. As referenced in table A above, for persons with HIV/AIDS whose income is above 133 percent less than or equal to 200 percent of the FPL. Unlike other coverage types, persons with HIV who have access to ESI do not have to enroll in available ESI; however, if they choose to receive premium assistance, the Commonwealth will provide covered services that are not available from the ESI plan on a fee-for-service (FFS) basis.
Family Assistance. The parties agree that in connection with the Codeshare Flights to be provided pursuant to this Agreement, they will coordinate with respect to emergency response and family assistance matters including joint activation procedures. The parties agree that in the event of an aircraft accident involving a Codeshare Flight, each party will use its reasonable best efforts to cooperate with the other party in promptly responding to such accident and providing necessary assistance and services to the family members of passengers.
Family Assistance. The Board reserves the right to deny such time off for any reason including the employee's work record and the requirements of operations. Such leave, if granted, shall be charged against the employee's accumulated sick leave.
Family Assistance. The carriers and their insurers shall endeavor to cooperate in post-accident handling to mutually ensure that the families of accident victims are treated with the dignity, respect and financial assistance to which they are entitled. All parties will act in the spirit of good faith and reasonableness. Cooperation among all parties shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Operating Carrier shall be responsible for performing, and incur all associated costs with respect to, all emergency response activities at the accident scene and all Family Assistance Activities as required by law (Aviation Disaster Family Assistance Act of 1996 - 49 U.S.C. 0000 xxx 00000.) xx xxxxx xxxxxx xxx xractice. The Operating Carrier and its insurers agree to be responsible for the following:
a. Costs of defense; b. All associated post-accident expenses mandated by local and international law and industry agreements; c. Indemnification to the Marketing Carrier for reasonable services for which the Operating Carrier contracts d. Safety audits and analyses; and e. Limits of liability coverage to the extent to which the Marketing Carrier has agreed to in its tariffs or conditions of contract.

3. the insured person has no right to household assistance if he/she has a right to household assistance from the municipality under the Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning [Social Support Act];
4. household assistance is only offered in the Netherlands;
5. household assistance does not include nursing or medical activities or bodily care.
Family Assistance. Provide families with assistance in understanding academic standards, assessments, and how to monitor student progress. Provide families with training and materials to help them support student academic achievement at home.
Family Assistance. The Carriers agree that with respect to the Codeshare Service they will coordinate regarding emergency response and family assistance matters including joint activation procedures, and in the event of an aircraft accident each Carrier will use its reasonable best efforts to cooperate with the other Carrier in promptly responding to such accident and providing necessary assistance and services to the family members of passengers.
Family Assistance. We will pay for reasonable family assistance including counselling and outplacement services for not less than a 12 month period and otherwise in accordance with Bank Policy.
