Common use of Family Illness or Emergency Clause in Contracts

Family Illness or Emergency. Eligible bargaining unit members will be granted a maximum of 8 three (3) days leave with full pay during each school year because of serious illness in his/her 9 immediate family (mother, father, husband, wife, children). The foregoing paid family illness 10 leaves shall be charged against and deducted from the above stated sick days annual leave 11 allowance, to the extent necessary, and any accrued paid leave balance. One of the days granted 12 in this section may be used for personal leave.

Family Illness or Emergency. One of the days granted 12 in this section 47 may be used for personal leave.

One of the days 24 granted 12 in this section may be used for personal leave.

One of the days granted 12 50 in this section may be used for personal leave.

Upon approval of the Superintendent, this leave may be used for immediate family members not identified in this provision. The foregoing paid family illness 10 leaves shall be charged against and deducted from the above above-stated sick days annual leave 11 allowance, to the extent necessary, and any accrued paid leave balance. One of the days granted 12 in this section may be used for personal leave.

One of the days granted 12 in this section 2 may be used for personal leave.

One Upon approval of the days granted 12 in 4 Superintendent, this section leave may be used for personal leaveimmediate family members not identified in this provision.
