Common use of Family Illness or Emergency Clause in Contracts

Family Illness or Emergency. Eligible bargaining unit members will be granted a maximum 46 of three (3) days leave with full pay during each school year because of serious illness in 47 his/her immediate family (mother, father, husband, wife, children). One of the days granted 48 in this section may be used for personal leave.

Family Illness or Emergency.
