Family Team Meetings. 1) Initial. Meeting shall be completed within fifteen (15) business days from Intake. Provider shall invite the family and their support system to attend, which may include but is not limited to, PCSO CPID, relatives, friends, neighbors and community providers. All family members and household members must be in attendance. Ongoing contacts with the family and their support system shall occur throughout assessments to determine the appropriate family needs for the Treatment Plan.
Family Team Meetings. Family team meetings are an essential component of MiTEAM and serve as the primary forum for collaborative case planning for the youth and family. The overall goals of the family team meetings are used to plan and review for the youth ensuring the youth receives an appropriate array and quantity of services necessary to stabilize him/her clinically and behaviorally and to prepare him/her to succeed in less restrictive community-based settings after discharge. The Contractor and youth must participate in quarterly family team meetings.
Family Team Meetings. Family Team Meetings bring together a family and interested people; like friends, neighbors and community members, (the family’s “Natural” support system) along with system agencies; including child welfare, mental health, schools, and other helping agencies. The composition of the family team should largely be decided upon by the family. These interested parties meet to identify the concerns for the child(ren) and family, as well as their strengths. The group works together to set realistic and important goals, recognize and encourage the family's strengths, identify what the family needs, and find solutions that build on the family's strengths and lead to necessary changes. Depending on the status of the case, a safety plan and/or family case plan is developed. Follow-up meetings will focus on the progress and status of the safety and/or case plans.
Family Team Meetings. 13 CONTRACTOR’s direct service staff shall participate in attend 14 forums, trainings, and meetings as requested by ADMINISTRATOR, including, but 15 not limited to, Child-Family Team (CFT). Child-Family Team Meetings at 17 CONTRACTOR shall attend meetings are family-centered, strength-based and 18 collaborative to develop a plan of care in the best interest of the child and 19 familial supports. CONTRACTOR shall attend other service related meetings, as 20 requested by ADMINISTRATOR.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

  • Project Meetings The Contractor shall attend a preconstruction conference and shall participate in regularly scheduled Project meetings.

  • Informal Meetings The Engineer shall provide technical assistance, preparation of exhibits for, and minutes of informal meetings requested by the public to discuss the pending impacts to neighborhoods and businesses due to roadway shutdowns, detours and access restrictions or as deemed necessary. This is not to be confused with the formal public meetings held during the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process during schematic approval for Public Involvement. It is not anticipated that the Engineer’s participation will be needed for the NEPA process. Assistance (exhibits, attendance, etc.) may be required for a formal public meeting/hearing associated with schematic approval work.

  • Annual Meetings The Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the election of directors shall be held on such date and at such time as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. Any other proper business may be transacted at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting. The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan.   • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
