Fieldwork General. 3.4.1.1. Sufficient time and qualified personnel shall be allocated to assure that all work will proceed on schedule and be accomplished in accordance with an established and approved research design as appropriate. 3.4.1.2. The Principal Investigator (PI) is required by this contract to perform regular field inspection and direction. The PI is expected to devote appropriate time to project management during field and lab analysis and report write- up periods. PI participation will be documented in the appropriate monthly progress reports. 3.4.1.3. A daily log of activities shall be kept which will include a summary of the work accomplished and general observations. The relevant State archaeological/cultural site resource recording forms and a copy of the daily logs completed the previous week along with collected archaeological materials shall be submitted weekly for curation to the appropriate curation facility. Electronic copies of weekly logs, all forms, GIS and Remote Sensing files, and other relevant project documentation shall be kept on a server maintained at a location that is separate from where the originals are housed. Separate electronic storage of copies is a safety measure to protect the results of studies from total destruction. In addition, the Contractor may be required to submit copies of logs and forms for any given week, or weeks, to the COR or USACE Archaeologist within 5 calendar days of the request. 3.4.1.4. The contractor is required to meet all Task Order performance objectives in accordance with their accepted proposed technical approach. Any deviation from the established and approved research design, including specific methods and techniques as proposed at the time of TO award to meet performance objectives must be requested in writing by the Contractor and approved by the USACE technical representative and Contracting Officer prior to implementation. Deviations, however, shall not result in any additional costs to the Government. 3.4.1.5. Upon completion of each field investigation, the Contractor shall backfill all excavations unless otherwise specified.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Maintenance and Support Services If this Agreement is for IT goods or services, this section applies: Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement: The Contractor shall promptly provide the Court with all Upgrades, including without limitation: (i) all Upgrades generally made available by Contractor to its other customers; (ii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work complies with the Specifications and Applicable Law (including changes in Applicable Law); (iii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work operates under new versions or releases of the Court’s operating system or database platform; and (iv) all on-site services necessary for installation of Upgrades. Without limiting any other obligation of Contractor under this Agreement, Contractor represents and warrants that it will maintain services, equipment, software or any other part of the Work so that they operate in accordance with their Specifications and Documentation; and The Contractor shall respond to the Court within four (4) hours after the Court reports a Technical Support Incident (such hours all occurring during Standard M&S Hours) to Contractor. DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, AND PAYMENT Delivery. Contractor shall deliver to the Court the Deliverables in accordance with this Agreement, including the Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified by this Agreement, Contractor will deliver all goods purchased by the Court “Free on Board Destination Freight Prepaid” to the Court at the address and location specified by the Court. Title to all goods purchased by the Court vests in the Court upon payment of the applicable purchase price. Contractor will bear the risk of loss for any Work being delivered until received by the Court at the proper location. All shipments by Contractor or its Subcontractors must include packing sheets identifying: this Agreement number, the Court’s purchase order number, item number, quantity and unit of measure, part number and description of the goods shipped, and appropriate evidence of inspection, if required. Goods for different Agreements shall be listed on separate packing sheets.

  • General Scope of Work The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).
