FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET. At all times from the effective date of this Contract until completion of this Contract, the Contractor shall comply with the administrative requirements, cost principles and other requirements set forth in the State's Financial Management Guide and the Financial Management Section of the State CDBG Guidebook. The Contractor may adjust individual budgeted expenditure amounts without approval of the State; provided that no budget transfers to or between administration budget categories are proposed; and provided that cumulative budgetary lien item changes do not exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), unless otherwise specified in the "Budget" section of Exhibit A. Any budgetary modifications that exceed these limitations must be ap- proved by the State through a Contract Amendment as set forth in paragraph 16.c).

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET. The Twin Lakes Board maintains a standing Budget and Finance Committee which is tasked with ensuring the school’s financial plans are sustainable and target funds to best support desired student outcomes. Twin Lakes’s fiscal year runs from July through June each year, and the final budget is approved no later than the June Board meeting annually. Budgets are designed to yield positive net income each year to strengthen the school’s fund balance. Currently, Twin Lakes projects to have a fund balance in excess of 20% at the end of Fiscal Year 2021. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET. The Board will have a standing Budget and Finance Committee which will be tasked with ensuring the school’s financial plans are prepared for launch. The school’s fiscal year will run from July through June each year, and the final budget will be approved no later than the June Board meeting annually (by June 30). Budgets will be designed to yield positive net income each year to strengthen the school’s fund balance. (three-year projected inserted below) Three-Year Budget Projection, FY19 through FY21 ❑ PRIMARY PURPOSE (M.S. 124E.01): The primary purpose of the charter school is to improve all pupil learning and all student achievement. MEASURE: MCA exams PERFORMANCE STANDARDS / EXPECTATIONS: Academic Performance Standards below. REPORTING: Progress meeting these expectations is a required element of the Annual Report and “World’s Best Workforce” Plan. ❑ STATUTORY PURPOSE II (MS 124E.01): Increase learning opportunities for all pupils. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS – XXXX will continue providing a globally-minded education program to students in the Forest Lake area. The program will include the International Baccalaureate element combined with the bi-lingual, Spanish and Mandarin, language immersion element. The school will also explore ways to further collaborate with international students and educators from Spanish and Mandarin language speaking countries as another way to enhance the international learning opportunities of XXXX students.

  • Financial Management Government financing and accounting activities (e.g., billing and accounting, credit/charge, expense management, payroll, payment/settlement, debt collection, revenue management, internal controls, auditing, activity based management, currency translation). Asset/Material Management: Acquisition and management of Federal government assets (property/asset management, asset cataloging/identification, asset transfer/allocation/maintenance, facilities management, computers/automation management). Development and Integration: Development and integration of systems across diverse operating platforms (e.g., legacy integration, enterprise application integration, data integration, instrumentation/testing, software development). Human Capital/Workforce Management Development and Integration: Planning and supervisory operations surrounding government personnel (e.g., resource planning/allocation, skills management, workforce directory/locator, team/organization management, contingent workforce management).

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following: i. Information pertaining to tuition rates, payments, and educational assistance payments; and

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • Financial Management; Financial Reports; Audits 1. The Recipient shall ensure that a financial management system is maintained in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07 of the Standard Conditions. 2. The Recipient shall ensure that interim unaudited financial reports for the Project are prepared and furnished to the World Bank not later than forty five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, covering the quarter, in form and substance satisfactory to the World Bank. 3. The Recipient shall have its Financial Statements for the Project audited in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07(b) of the Standard Conditions. Each such audit of the Financial Statements shall cover the period of one fiscal year of the Recipient. The audited Financial Statements for each such period shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than six (6) months after the end of such period.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

  • Financial Management, Financial Reports and Audits 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09 of the General Conditions. 2. Without limitation on the provisions of Part A of this Section, the Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, interim unaudited financial reports for the Project covering the quarter, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association. 3. The Recipient shall have its Financial Statements audited in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09(b) of the General Conditions. It replaces any agreement previously issued to you. If this agreement changes, an amendment or new agreement will be provided.
