Firewall Services. LightEdge offers a Managed Security product that includes a variety of firewalls. Virtual Server customers are required to maintain a firewall in front of the Virtual Server. See the Managed Security Service Agreement for more information.

Firewall Services. Genesys uses firewall services to protect the Cloud Services infrastructure. Genesys maintains granular ingress and egress rules, and changes must be approved through Genesys’ change management system. Rulesets are reviewed semi-annually.
Firewall Services. LightEdge offers a Managed Security product that includes a variety of firewalls. LPAR customers are required to maintain a firewall in front of the LPAR. See the Managed Security Service Agreement for more information.
Firewall Services. Customers may purchase varying types and levels of Firewall Services and charges for the Firewall Services will be separately itemized within the Monthly Charges set forth in this Agreement. Customer may utilize Company’s portal to make modifications to the Firewall Services, run certain reports, and perform certain administrative tasks in connection with the Firewall Services. Company is obligated to provide only those Firewall Services purchased by Customer. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS. Customer must have internet access Service from Company in order to use the Firewall Services. Company will not provide any equipment for Customer’s use of the Firewall Services other than the Firewall Services Equipment. Customer shall be solely responsible for its activities in using the Firewall Services, including the activities of its employees and contractors (and the activities of anyone else who obtains access to Customer’s passwords). Company is not responsible for the unauthorized use of the Firewall Services whether by ex-employees of Customer, compromised Customer passwords, or any other misuse of Customer’s account. Customer is responsible for providing Company at Customer’s expense and in a timely manner the following: (a) access to Customer’s system used or accessible in connection with the Firewall Services; (b) cooperative testing of all Customer provided hardware and software for compatibility with the Firewall Services; and (c) designating an authorized contact(s) to be the point of contact to interface with Company’s customer support. Customer acknowledges that in the event of interruption of the Firewall Services, Customer will be responsible for cooperative testing with Company’s technical support to assist in the diagnosis of the interruption. Company shall not be liable for late or delayed data transfers, no matter what the root cause. Customer acknowledges that should Customer, Customer’s employees or contractors, or any other party that has physical access to Customer’s network create a potential point of entry either by adding another circuit, an unsecure Wi-Fi access point, remote communications software running on a personal computer, or any other method that bypasses the Company’s Firewall Services, Customer will be solely responsible for any degradation in the effectiveness of the Firewall Services caused by such act.   • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.
