FISCAL YEAR BUDGETING a) The amount of the contribution payable by Canada for each Fiscal Year of the Project is set out in Schedule B2 (Project Components and Cashflow). b) If the actual amount payable by Canada in respect of any Fiscal Year of the Project is less than the estimated amount in Schedule B2 (Project Components and Cashflow), the Recipient may request that Canada re-allocate the difference between the two amounts to a subsequent Fiscal Year. Subject to Subsection 3.3 (Appropriations and Funding Levels), Canada agrees to make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Recipient’s request. The Recipient acknowledges that requests for re-allocation of Project funding will require appropriation adjustments or federal Crown approvals. c) In the event that any requested re-allocation of Project funding is not approved, the amount of Canada’s contribution payable pursuant to Subsection 3.1 (Commitments by Canada) may be reduced by the amount of the requested re-allocation. If the contribution payable by Canada pursuant to Subsection 3.1 (Commitments by Canada) is so reduced, the Parties agree to review the effects of such reduction on the overall implementation of the Project and to adjust the terms and conditions of this Agreement as appropriate.

FISCAL YEAR BUDGETING a) The estimated contribution amounts payable by Canada and the Province to the Recipient for each Fiscal Year of the Project are set out in Schedule C (Statement of Financial Contribution). b) If the actual amount payable by Canada and the Province in respect of any Fiscal Year of a Project differs from the estimated amount in Schedule C {Statement of Financial Contribution) of that Project, the Recipient shall request in a timely manner that Canada and the Province re-allocate the difference between the two amounts to a subsequent Fiscal Year of that Project. Subject to subsection 3.3 {Appropriations and Funding Levels) and provided the Recipient has made the request, the Province agrees to make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Recipient's request. The Recipient acknowledges that requests for re-allocation of a Project's funding will require appropriation adjustments or provincial Legislative Assembly approvals. c) In the event that any requested re-allocation of the Project's funding is not approved, the amount of Canada's and the Province's contribution payable pursuant to subsection 3.1 (Contribution by the Province) in respect of that Project may be reduced by the amount of the requested re-allocation. If the contribution payable by the Province pursuant to subsection 3.1 (Contribution by the Province) is so reduced, the Parties agree to review the effects of such reduction on the overall implementation of the Project and to adjust the terms and conditions of this Agreement as appropriate.

Subject to section 5 (Appropriations), Canada agrees to make reasonable efforts to accommodate Ontario’s request. Ontario acknowledges that requests for re- allocation of Canada’s contribution funding to a Project will require appropriation adjustments or federal Crown approvals. c) In the event that any requested re-allocation of Canada’s contribution funding to a Project is not approved, the amount of Canada’s contribution payable in accordance with section 3 (Commitments by Canada) may be reduced by the amount of the requested re-allocation. FISCAL YEAR BUDGETING. Subject to the conditions in this Agreement, Canada agrees to commit funds for the Project for a Fiscal Year in accordance with the table of estimated contributions in Schedule B.2. If, in a Fiscal Year, an amount lesser than the estimated contribution is paid or payable by Canada, Canada will, subject to Section 3.4, make reasonable efforts to re-allocate the difference to a subsequent Fiscal Year.

Paragraph a) of Section 8 (British Columbia Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program Infrastructure Plan) is deleted and replaced by: a) Unless otherwise agreed to by Canada, British Columbia will submit to Canada by September 30th, 2018 and will update and re-submit to Canada annually by May 31st an infrastructure plan, to the satisfaction of both Parties, that includes: i. A section that describes British Columbia’s approach and priorities for the Program, including but not limited to British Columbia’s plans for achieving the targets outlined in Schedule C (Targets), British Columbia’s approach for meeting the commitments in paragraphs m) and n) of section 4 (Commitments by British Columbia) to ensure that a fair balance of local government and provincial projects are submitted for Canada’s approval and that projects supporting Indigenous peoples are considered for contribution funding under this Agreement, and British Columbia’s aspirational targets for community employment benefits provided to federal target groups (apprentices, Indigenous peoples, women, persons with disabilities, veterans, youth, new Canadians, or small-medium-size...
FISCAL YEAR BUDGETING. 16.1 The amount of the Contribution payable by DND for each Fiscal Year of the Project is set out in the table at section 14.1. 16.2 If the actual amount payable by DND in respect of any Fiscal Year of the Project is less than the estimated amount in the table at section 14.1, the City may request that DND re-allocate the difference between the two amounts to a subsequent Fiscal Year. Subject to section 6.1, DND agrees to make reasonable efforts to accommodate the City’s request. The City acknowledges that requests for re-allocation of Project funding will require appropriation adjustments or federal Crown approvals. 16.3 The City should submit any request for re-allocation before December 31st of any Fiscal Year to allow sufficient time for DND’s assessment and determination and increase the chances of such request being approved. 16.4 In the event that any requested re-allocation of Project funding is not approved, the amount of DND’s Contribution payable pursuant to section 14.1 may be reduced by the amount of the requested re-allocation. The Recipient acknowledges that requests for re-allocation of Project funding shall require appropriation adjustments or federal Crown approvals. b) In the event that any requested re-allocation of Project funding is not approved, the amount of Canada’s contribution payable pursuant to Paragraph 4.1 a) may be reduced by the amount of the requested re-allocation. If the contribution payable by Canada pursuant to Paragraph 4.1 a) is so reduced, the Parties agree to review the effects of such reduction on the overall implementation of the Project and to adjust the terms and conditions of this Agreement as appropriate.
