Common use of Five (5) weeks accrual Clause in Contracts

Five (5) weeks accrual. 7.692 hours for each biweekly pay period on paid status after completion of 520 biweekly pay periods of continuous employment up to a maximum accrual of 400 hours. Exemption: Employees continuously employed since a date preceding July 3, 1994 shall not be subject to the above accrual caps until June 1, 2025.
