Floating Work Schedules Clause Samples

Typically, this means individuals can start and end their workday at varying times, provided they meet the required total hours or complete assigned tasks. This flexibility accommodates personal needs and fluctuating workloads, helping to improve work-life balance and increase productivity while ensuring that business objectives are still met.
