Interlibrary Loan Using electronic, paper, or intermediated means, the Participating Institutions may at their discretion fulfill occasional requests from other institutions, a practice commonly called Interlibrary Loan ("ILL"). The Distributor agrees and ensures that the Publisher will agree that the electronic form of the Licensed Materials may be used as a source for the ILL whereby articles and/or chapters can be printed and these print copies can be delivered via postal mail, fax, or fax-based service to fulfill ILL requests from an academic, research or other non-commercial library. Requests received from for-profit companies will not be honored. An ILL through secure electronic transmission, as demonstrated by the ARIEL, is permitted. Files transmitted in this manner must carry copyright notices and comply with the applicable law.
Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within ninety (90) calendar days of the work week in which the overtime was earned or, with the employee’s agreement, within 12 months of that work week.
Drawings Submitted During the Contract Term Where required to develop, maintain and deliver diagrams or other technical schematics regarding the scope of work, Contractor shall do so on an ongoing basis at no additional charge, and must, as a condition of payment, update drawings and plans during the Contract term to reflect additions, alterations, and deletions. Christmas or New Year's Day Off The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shift shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
Temporary Full-Time A temporary appointment equivalent to eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. A temporary full-time employee will be paid on a monthly, hourly, or fixed partial monthly salary basis. Any applicable benefits will be calculated on a partial monthly or pay period, pay status basis, whichever is appropriate.

Prearranged Overtime When, at the request of the supervisor in charge, an employee reports for prearranged work (a) on workdays outside of his regular work hours, he shall be paid overtime compensation for actual work time; (b) on non-workdays or on holidays he shall be paid overtime compensation for actual work time. For the purpose of this section, prearranged work is deemed to be work for which advance notice has been given prior to the end of the employee’s normal work hours on the preceding day.
