Forepersons.
(a) It is hereby agreed by the Union that the Employer has the right to transfer one Foreperson per project within the Province of Ontario provided the Foreperson is a member in good standing in the Union.
(b) A Foreperson shall receive not less than Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) per hour, calculated on the Hourly Wage Rate, above a Journeyperson’s rate as defined in Article 29.
(c) It is understood that when a refractory project is of more than one shift operation the Employer shall be permitted one Foreperson per shift.

Forepersons supervisors, and other excluded persons will not perform any work normally performed by employees in the bargaining unit, except in the case of emergency, for the purpose of instructing employees, or for experimentation. For experimentation a bargaining unit employee must be present. The instruction in production will not exceed fifteen (15) minutes. For the purpose of this sub-article, “emergency” is defined as a situation where meeting the production schedule of our customers will not be met.
Forepersons a) It is the intent of both parties to this Agreement that the term “Foreperson” shall mean any Level Two Journeyperson Plumber/Pipefitter of a signatory Employer who is designated by such Employer to supervise the activities of other Employees.
b) The Employer shall designate a Level Two Journeyperson Plumber/Pipefitter as a “B” Foreperson when five (5) to ten (10) workmen (inclusive of the foreperson) are employed on any jobsite. The Employer shall designate a Journeyperson Plumber/Pipefitter as an “A” Foreperson when over ten (10) workmen are employed on any jobsite.
Forepersons. The basic hourly rate plus Recognized Holiday and Vacation pay for each hour earned for Forepersons certified in the CODC Better Super Vision course or equivalent, or the Ironworker’s Union Xxxxxxx Training shall be six dollars ($6.00) above the Journeyman basic hourly rate. The basic hourly rate plus Recognized Holiday and Vacation pay for each hour earned for Forepersons who are not certified as above shall be five dollars ($5.00) above the Journeyman basic hourly rate. General Xxxxxxxxxxx shall be paid eleven dollars ($11.00) above the Journeyman basic hourly rate plus Recognized Holiday and Vacation pay for each hour earned..
Forepersons. Forepersons shall receive $2.00 per hour above Journey level Scale. On all jobs with three (3) or more employees, the Contractor shall designate a jobsite foreperson. The Forepersons shall be a qualified Journey Plasterer.
Forepersons. The Employer shall appoint at least one (1) Foreperson per Seniority Roster (see Article 10(A)), except that Sound Video shall have at least two (2)
Forepersons. A Foreperson’s primary role is the oversight and direction of the operation of one or more jobsite(s). Forepersons are responsible for the daily organization of work and the control of labour, equipment and materials to ensure that acceptable standards of quality, safety and production are maintained. Forepersons shall generally be responsible for five (5) or more employees. Employees who are designated by the Employer as Foreperson 1 shall be paid no less than one hundred and twelve percent (112%) of their otherwise applicable Journeyperson rate. Employees who are designated by the Employer as Foreperson 2 shall be paid no less than one hundred and twenty percent (120%) of their otherwise applicable Journeyperson rate. A Foreperson 2 will normally possess three or more years of experience as a Foreperson, and be made responsible for jobsites with additional complexity requiring additional expertise.
Forepersons. When five (5) or more persons are employed on one job, one (1) shall be designated a Foreperson and shall be paid a minimum of twenty (20%) fifteen percent (15%) per hour above the Journeyperson rate. General Xxxxxxxxxxx shall be paid a minimum of twenty- five (25%) twenty percent (20%) per hour over the Journeyperson rate.
Forepersons. Fifteen percent (15%) above the Journeyman rates specified in Rates of Pay. A Foreperson is defined as one who has been designated as such by the manager or owner of the business, and is entitled to all provisions of this Agreement.
