Forfeiture of Deduction. If, after all other involuntary and insurance premium deductions are made in any pay period, the balance is not sufficient to pay the deduction of Union dues, agency fee, or charity fee required by this Section, no such deduction shall be made for the current pay period.

  • Dues Deduction 3.2.1 The District shall deduct in accordance with the current CSEA dues and current service fee schedule, dues from the wages of all Unit Members who are members of CSEA on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.

  • Incentive Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will treat incentive payments under Section IV.F on a State-specific basis. Incentive payments for which a Settling State is eligible under Section IV.F will be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund.
