Formal Level: Step 4. A. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance made by the Board, the grievant, through the Association, may request a hearing before an arbitrator within ten (10) working days after receipt of the disposition of the grievance in Step 3. The notification of the grievant's intent to move to arbitration shall be in letter form to the Superintendent.
