Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees. The Employer agrees to provide for a self-funded RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan). The Employer further agrees to match any employee contribution up to a maximum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) (full-time employees), and five hundred dollars ($500.00) (part- time employees) annually, upon an employee providing a receipt by February 28th in the taxation year. The payment will then be made by cheque to the employee and the employee will provide an additional receipt within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the cheque. It is further understood that failure to provide the above receipt will result in repayment of funds.
Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees. Seniority shall be determined pursuant to Section 7.5 for full- time employees. Regular part-time employees, whose regular bi-weekly schedule is forty (40) hours or more shall be granted one (1) year of seniority for each two (2) years of such employment since the most recent date of hire. Regular part-time employees, whose regular bi-weekly schedule is less than forty (40) hours shall have one (1) year of seniority for each four (4) years of such employment since the recent date of hire. This adjusted seniority date formula is applicable only in the event of seniority competition between full-time and regular part-time employees. Actual hiring dates shall be utilized to determine seniority disputes between and among regular part-time employees. When a regular part-time employee becomes a regular full-time employee, that employee's actual hiring date, rather than his/her regular part-time adjusted seniority date, shall be used to determine his/her seniority standing as a full-time employee.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.
