Funeral Leave. The Em­ ployer agrees to pay full-time employees for necessary absence on account of death in the immediate family up to and including a maximum of three (3) scheduled work days at straight time, provided the employee at­ tends the funeral. The term “ immediate family” shall mean spouse, parent, child, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, or any relative residing with the employee or with whom the employee is residing.
