Off-Street Parking. Whenever possible, off-street parking facilities owned by the School Board shall be provided for employee use at each school.

Off-Street Parking. No parking shall be permitted on any street or at any place other than on the paved parking spaces provided for and described herein below, or in parking structures as designated by Landlord. Each Tenant or Subtenant shall be responsible for compliance with the foregoing by its Occupants. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by each Tenant for the benefit of Tenant, Subtenant and all Occupants. The location, number and size of parking spaces shall be subject to approval by the Architectural Review Committee pursuant to Section 7 hereof. The minimum standards shall be determined in accordance with the Park Development Standards. All off-street parking and access drives and loading areas shall be paved and properly graded to assure proper drainage. The Architectural Review Committee shall have the right to require visual screening between any parking area and any other existing or proposed Building Site or General Common Property. Every Tenant shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in the installation and maintenance of all parking spaces upon such Tenant ’s Building Site.
Off-Street Parking. Within the financial resources of the District, the Board shall make a good faith effort to provide adequate off street parking reserved for employees.

Off-Street Parking. Maintenance and Repair. No van, camper, boat, motor home, recreational vehicle, truck, motorcycle, trailer, two (2) or four (4) wheeled vehicles or other similar vehicles, except for one automobile in good visual condition and parked on the turnaround pad, sha11 be parked or located on any Lot unless parked or located within an enclosed garage; provided however, service and delivery vehicles may be parked on any Lot while they are being used in conjunction with service or deliveries to the Lot upon which they are parked. The maintenance and repair of the foregoing, including automobiles, must be conducted within a garage and all equipment and supplies necessary for any such maintenance and repair must be at all times kept in a garage.
Off-Street Parking. The objective is that bargaining unit employees shall be provided with adequate parking areas for their automobiles and that these areas shall, to the extent possible, be secure and adjacent to the school.
Off-Street Parking. Two off-street parking spaces shall be required for all single family detached homes and single family attached homes. Required parking spaces may include garage and/or driveway spaces. Other than driveway, required parking are not allowed within the front setback area. Garages shall not be allowed to be converted into living spaces without additional enclosed parking being made available. Off-street parking other than that which is required may be allowed within all setbacks but shall not compromise landscaping and other buffering measures.
