General Conditions and Requirements. 1.1 The contractor shall provide a designated point of contact that is knowledgeable about the specifics of the State contract and who shall render service accordingly. The Contractor shall respond to all other issues/complaints within forty-eight (48) hours. • Multiple account set up and management. • Maintenance of electronic and hard copy catalogs and State pricing. • Additional contact: The contractor will provide an alternate point of contact that is knowledgeable of contract specifics to meet the customer service expectations of this contract and the State agencies. This alternate shall be available if for any reason the main point of contact is unreachable.
