General Conditions and Requirements. 1.1 The contractor shall provide a designated point of contact that is knowledgeable about the specifics of the State contract and who shall render service accordingly. The point of contact shall be available by phone and email during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State observed holidays) and shall be responsible for the customer services listed below: • Account Setup and Continued Service: The point of contact shall be available to setup new accounts with eligible agencies, provide training, and render continued customer service in all specifics of the contract. The contractor will be available to provide immediate responses to inquiries concerning state pricing, billing, invoices, ordering, status of orders, deliveries, contract compliance requirements, issue resolution, and general product information. • Issue Resolution: The point of contact will resolve deficiencies including, but not be limited to, incorrect size, wrong deliveries, incomplete returns, un-repaired clothing items or dirty clothing items within 24 hours after notification. The Contractor shall respond to all other issues/complaints within forty-eight (48) hours. • Multiple account set up and management. • Maintenance of electronic and hard copy catalogs and State pricing. • Additional contact: The contractor will provide an alternate point of contact that is knowledgeable of contract specifics to meet the customer service expectations of this contract and the State agencies. This alternate shall be available if for any reason the main point of contact is unreachable.
