GIS Data Collection. The West experienced 9-1-1 GIS Data Analyst team will provide remote GIS data management assistance to the Customer, including collection of existing GIS data and/or paper maps, GIS data accuracy validation and reporting, and data correction and editing, where applicable. Priority will be placed on gathering GIS layers required to support i3, including Police, Fire, and EMS response boundaries, street centerlines, address points, and other data appropriate to support data maintenance procedures. The solution also offers Mapping and GIS Data Development Professional Services to assist the Agency with map and 9-1-1 GIS database editing and correction in various areas.

GIS Data Collection. Overhead inspection data will be reported and collected via ArcGIS Collector. The Consultant will provide tablets to its staff with the following requirements: • iPad Mini, iPad, or iPad Pro with a cellular data subscription, iOS 8 or later – or – • Android tablet with a cellular data subscription, Android 4.1 or later
GIS Data Collection. It is expected that within four weeks of the project initiation meeting, the contributing counties will provide their GIS data, MSAG, and ALI database to GeoComm to begin the initial assessment. The initial data collection will be conducted via Sharefile, with all future submissions submitted to GIS Data Hub. When data and field mapping spreadsheets have been received and validated, the GIS Data Assessment phase will commence. Phase Two: GIS Data Assessment GeoComm will complete an assessment of each of the counties in DIGB Region 4 GIS data. The assessment would include synchronization checks between GIS data, Master Street Address Guide (MSAG), and Automatic Location Information (ALI) databases, as well as GIS data quality checks on road centerlines, address points, and emergency service boundaries. The analysis results would provide an overview of inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the data, with assessment findings reported back to the corresponding county. GeoComm’s staff of GIS professionals will execute the analyses using GIS Data Hub. GIS Data Hub is a 9-1-1 GIS data management solution developed by GeoComm which is designed to, among other things, provide GIS data processing and insights to assist 9-1-1 authorities in achieving public safety-grade GIS data. GIS Data Hub will be used during Phase Two by GeoComm’s staff to process local-level GIS data and execute quality control (QC) checks to validate the data against industry standards and provide actionable reporting. GIS Data Hub will be available to the participating agencies in Phase Three for on-going quarterly GIS data quality reporting. The table below describes the specific processes which will be completed as part of GeoComm’s analysis.   • Collections All collections of monies or other property in respect, or which are to become part, of the Property (but not the safekeeping thereof upon receipt by PFPC Trust) shall be at the sole risk of the Fund. If payment is not received by PFPC Trust within a reasonable time after proper demands have been made, PFPC Trust shall notify the Fund in writing, including copies of all demand letters, any written responses and memoranda of all oral responses and shall await instructions from the Fund. PFPC Trust shall not be obliged to take legal action for collection unless and until reasonably indemnified to its satisfaction. PFPC Trust shall also notify the Fund as soon as reasonably practicable whenever income due on securities is not collected in due course and shall provide the Fund with periodic status reports of such income collected after a reasonable time.
