Standards for Audit of Governmental Organizations, Programs, Activities, and Functions, published by the Comptroller General of the United States ("Yellow Book", as revised). vii. Space Coast TPO Policy, PLC-3, Budget and Finance, Section VI: Audit. viii. 49 C.F.R. §18.26. ix. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards. x. Government Auditing Standards issued by the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) and The Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS).
