Governing Requirements. (A) The audit shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
Governing Requirements. The Grantee shall comply with all lawful requirements of this Agreement and applicable law. In addition thereto, the Grantee shall be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter A275 and any amendments thereto, unless otherwise expressly provided herein.

To the extent that any of the terms and conditions described in the Agreement are duplicative of, or are in conflict with, the terms and conditions to be imposed as a part of any Town or State or Federal permit or approval, the terms established within the permits and approvals shall control so as not to duplicate the obligations and costs related thereto as set forth above.

This Article provides an equitable process for the allocation and approval of official time for representational activities as negotiated pursuant to the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (FSLMRS) and shall be administered in accordance with said Statute and this Agreement. Official time users are expected to accomplish the duties of the Agency position to which they have been assigned. The Agency recognizes that in the furtherance of good labor-management relations as provided for in the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, Union officials have the responsibility of carrying out representational duties.
Governing Requirements. The parties agree that the provisions of this Article are subject to and will be governed by 5 U.S.C. 71, applicable Federal rules and regulations issued by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The parties agree that the provisions of this Article will be applied consistent with the law and may be modified to ensure that the provisions remain consistent with the law.
Governing Requirements. This article shall be administered in accordance with the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (FSLMRS), Title 5, U.S. Code Chapter 71, and this Agreement. This article establishes the procedures for the arbitration of disputes between the Union and the Agency, which are not satisfactorily resolved by the negotiated grievance procedure found in Article 26 of this Agreement. A referral to arbitration can be made only by the Union President or Labor Relations Officer (LRO), or designee.
Governing Requirements. Grantee must comply with all provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of Chapter 1 in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement, and all other laws, ordinances, and regulations of general applicability. Grantor will provide prior notice to Grantee of the proposed adoption of new ordinances or resolutions, or the amendment of existing ordinances or resolutions, that may impose new regulatory requirements solely upon cable operators; provided, however, that nothing contained in this subsection may be construed to limit the Grantor's proper exercise of its police powers.
Governing Requirements. Grantee shall comply with all lawful requirements of this Agreement, the Cable Television Ordinance and applicable State and Federal law.
