Group Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment. 9.7.1 The College shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium cost of the group life insurance plan and an accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan, except as per 9.1.4.1.

The Commission agrees to provide a Group Life Insurance Plan and an Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan similar to the plans provided through the Civil Service Superannuation Board to Civil Servants of the Government of Manitoba. If changes are made to the Group Life Insurance Plan or the Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan affecting Civil Servants of the Government of Manitoba, the parties agree to commence negotiations respecting the introduction of any changes to the plans covering Commission employees.
