Health and Safety/Security. Health and safety is a priority The school will take every reasonable step to prevent injury and ill health to personnel by protecting individuals from hazards at work. This includes students, staff and visitors to the school. This is enabled by: - Following the procedures outlined in our health and safety policy. - Assessing and controlling risk as part of the day to day management of school activities. - Controlling access to the school site. - Maintaining safe, healthy and secure working conditions. - Providing necessary training and instruction so that personnel are able to perform their various tasks safely and efficiently. - Ensuring that a constant awareness with regard to health and safety at work is maintained in respect of all activities within the school and during out of school activities. - Carrying out periodic reviews of the health and safety policy and updating risk assessments. You are required to comply with safety procedures for your own protection, and that of everyone else in the school community.

Health and Safety/Security. A. Employer Obligation The Employer shall observe and comply with all local, state, and federal health and safety laws and regulations.
Health and Safety/Security. Seller shall take all necessary and reasonable safety precautions with respect to providing the Installation Work, Energy and System Operations. Seller shall be responsible for ensuring the security of the System throughout the Term.
Health and Safety/Security. 12.1 Prior to commencing the Services and during the Term the Provider shall if requested by the Council ensure that the Provider's Personnel attend any briefing session or training arranged by the Council relating to health and safety, fire evacuation procedures and security arrangements in respect of the Site and the Services. The Provider shall ensure that the Provider's Personnel are familiar with the Council’s policies and procedures relating to health and safety, fire evacuation and security. The Provider shall and shall procure that the Provider's Personnel comply with any reasonable request made by the County Council in relation to health and safety, fire prevention or evacuation and/or security. The Provider shall remain at all times responsible for the security and safety of its possessions and equipment and those of the Provider's Personnel; and shall take reasonable steps to ensure that they are secure. The Council shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the Provider’s possessions or equipment or those of the Provider's Personnel howsoever caused. The Provider shall complete and make available to the Council on request risk assessments for all tasks undertaken on the Site. The Provider shall ensure that its risk assessments are brought to the attention of the Provider's Personnel, kept under review and updated as required.
