Health, Safety And Environment Committee. The Health, Safety and Environment Committee will be comprised of Representatives from throughout the University community, including one Representative each from the Union, management, academic and non-academic staff, and the Student body. The Committee will meet at least quarterly. All Representatives shall be entitled to attend Committee meetings without loss of pay or benefits.

Health, Safety And Environment Committee. (a) The Union Health and Safety Committee consisting of up to three (3) members shall meet with a Company representative or representatives not less frequently than once a month. Should less than three (3) members be available for the meeting, it may proceed by mutual consent. A Chairperson and a Secretary shall be elected from and by the members of the Committee. When the Chairperson is a Company member, the Secretary shall be a Union member and vice-versa.

Xxxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations.   • Joint Health and Safety Committee i) Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Joint Health and Safety Committee, at least one (1) representative selected or appointed by the Association from amongst bargaining unit employees from each Hospital site. Hospitals will choose either to include a representative from the bargaining unit from each Hospital site, or to have a separate Joint Health and Safety Committee at each Hospital site, unless the parties agree otherwise.
