Hepatitis B Inoculations. District paid Hepatitis B inoculations shall be provided for and taken by all unit members in positions for which such inoculations are required by District policy or law, unless waived in writing by the employee.
Hepatitis B Inoculations. Employees shall make a good faith effort to get Hepatitis B inoculations that are covered as a benefit of the employee's health plan. To the extent that Hepatitis B inoculations are not fully covered under the employee’s health plan, the CITY will reimburse any required co-payment and/or deductible amount actually paid by the employee.
Hepatitis B Inoculations. 53-1. The District shall establish a fund of one-thousand five-hundred dollars ($1,500.00) for each year of this Agreement thereafter for the purpose of providing Hepatitis B inoculations to eligible Bargaining Unit Members at no cost to the Bargaining Unit Member.
53-2. Eligible Bargaining Unit Members are those Bargaining Unit Members who potentially have a risk of unprotected exposure to Hepatitis B, including but not necessarily limited to health room aides and paraprofessional aides providing toileting or similar assistance to students. The District reserves the right to determine if a Bargaining Unit Member is eligible on a case-by-case basis.
53-3. The inoculation series will be provided upon request on a first-come, first- served basis to eligible Bargaining Unit Members up to the annual dollar limit amount in the fund as listed in 53-1.
Hepatitis B Inoculations. The County shall provide Hepatitis B inoculations to all existing and newly hired members of this Unit.
Hepatitis B Inoculations. The County shall provide Hepatitis B inoculations to all members of the bargaining unit.
Hepatitis B Inoculations. The employer shall provide the opportunity and pay for the cost of Hepatitis B inoculations to employees who need to be inoculated.
Hepatitis B Inoculations. 13.3.1 The District shall pay for Hepatitis B inoculations for unit members working directly with students and all unit members in the following classifications: Custodians, Plumbers, Bus Drivers, Gardeners, Maintenance Engineers, Security Engineers and General Maintenance Workers.
13.3.2 In order to qualify for reimbursement, the unit member must obtain the inoculation through his/her health plan. If the inoculation is not available through the unit member’s health plan, the unit member shall obtain the inoculation from a provider designated by the District. If the unit member obtains the inoculation from another source, reimbursement shall be limited to the cost the District would have incurred had the designated provider been used.
13.3.3 Any request for reimbursement must be submitted to the unit member’s immediate supervisor within thirty (30) days of the inoculation and must be accompanied by a receipt.
Hepatitis B Inoculations. Hepatitis B inoculations shall be provided free upon request by any employee at the cost charged to the District by a prompt care facility. The costs of any other hepatitis B tests or inoculations required by law or regulation shall be borne by the District at the lowest available cost.
Hepatitis B Inoculations. The Board agrees to provide a vaccination program for Hepatitis B at no cost to the members of the bargaining unit.
Hepatitis B Inoculations. The Employer will provide for the reimbursement of the employee's cost of obtaining a Hepatitis B inoculation. The employee is to make his own arrangements with a health care provider for obtaining the inoculation. Upon providing a copy of the insurance company's Explanation of Benefits and proof of payment, the City will reimburse the employee for his share of the cost.
