High School Secretary. The High School Secretary shall work a minimum of two-hundred sixty (260/261) days per year but may take off, without pay, the same days that Board office secretaries are not working, plus thirteen (13) paid holidays. The regular workday shall be eight (8) hours plus one-half hour unpaid lunch.

High School Secretary. JOB PURPOSE: ENHANCE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT BY ENSURING THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE SCHOOL OFFICE ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
High School Secretary. To perform general clerical duties at the direction of the high school principal or his/her designee as described in the job description, each day that school is in session, including those days when students do not attend because of inclement weather, calamity, or teachers conference or inservice. Regular work schedule for a total of 215 days (1720 hours) (8 hours daily). Regular work schedule may be from 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Elementary School/Middle School Secretary: To perform general clerical duties as described in the job description, at the direction of the elementary/middle school principal or his/her designee, each day that school is in session, including those days when students do not attend because of inclement weather, calamity, or teachers conference or inservice, and four (4) record days, plus two (2) full weeks before school starts and two (2) full weeks after school closes for a total of 210 days which includes six (6) holidays (1680 hours) (8 hrs. daily). Regular work schedule may be from 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The elementary/middle school secretaries may be allowed additional help at the beginning and end of the school year as determined by the Superintendent.   • Secretary and Assistant Secretary The Secretary shall be responsible for filing legal documents and maintaining records for the Company. The Secretary shall attend all meetings of the Board and record all the proceedings of the meetings of the Company and of the Board in a book to be kept for that purpose and shall perform like duties for the standing committees when required. The Secretary shall give, or shall cause to be given, notice of all meetings of the Member, if any, and special meetings of the Board, and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board or the President, under whose supervision the Secretary shall serve. The Assistant Secretary, or if there be more than one, the Assistant Secretaries in the order determined by the Board (or if there be no such determination, then in order of their election), shall, in the absence of the Secretary or in the event of the Secretary’s inability to act, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Secretary and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.

  • Secretariat 1. The secretariat established by Article 8 of the Convention shall serve as the secretariat of this Agreement. 2. Article 8, paragraph 2, of the Convention on the functions of the secretariat, and Article 8, paragraph 3, of the Convention on arrangements made for the functioning of the secretariat shall apply mutatis mutandis to this Agreement. The secretariat shall, in addition, exercise the functions assigned to it under this Agreement and by the CMA.
