HIRING CHARGES the Hirer must pay the hire charges at the rate and in the manner specified during the hire period. The Hirer schedule of rates may be subject to alteration by mutual agreement between the Hirer and Owner if the agreed period of hire is altered in any way by the Hirer.
HIRING CHARGES. (a) In the absence of any special arrangements to the contrary equipment is hired on a daily rate including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
(b) Minimum rates apply when the term of the hire is not greater than 4 hours during our normal business hours.
(c) The hire period is based on the time the equipment is uplifted until the time the equipment is returned or advised for pickup, not the time for which the equipment is used.
(d) If the Hirer cancels a hire booking, the Owner reserves the right to charge a non-refundable hire fee equal to 50% of the Balance Due set out on the Hire Contract, so as to compensate in part for any other booking enquiries that may have been declined.

4.1 Additional charges will be automatically charged to the Hirer supplied credit card as follows: Lost Keys: $250.00 ex GST + call out fee of at least $80.00 ex GST. Possibly more depending on location. Lost Bucket Pin: $15.00 ex GST. Refuelling: $50.00 ex GST. Cleaning: $45.00 ex GST. Late return after 5 hours: $195.00 ex GST per day.
HIRING CHARGES. 6.1 The Customer will pay the hire charges at the rate specified on the Hire Agreement and Schedule for the time specified.
HIRING CHARGES. (a) The hire charges should be paid to the staff member or authorised person upon acceptance of the booking date in cash, bank deposit or card machine. No cheques will be accepted.
(b) The authorised person will supply details of the hiring charges which are: Deposit/Security Deposit: £150 (paid via bank deposit or card machine on confirmation of booking). Cancellation Fee: Less 50% up to 4 weeks prior to booking date and NO refund returned if cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to booking date.
(c) The Management Committee have the right to change prices at anytime but will not apply these changes to any booking that has already been confirmed and a security deposit paid. If you have confirmed your booking but not paid the deposit this change may apply.
(d) The Management Committee have the right to move the User to another room within the building or to cancel the booking at short notice if a new booking is taken where the Hirer requires use of the room for 5 or more days of continuous use or the hire exceeds the Users hire period. The User will be offered an alternative room and if the room does not meet the requirement of the User then the booking will be cancelled, and all refunds repaid.
(e) Minimum hire period is 2 hours.
(f) Rooms will not be held unless the £150 Security Deposit has been paid. Your hire will be confirmed upon receipt of this payment.
HIRING CHARGES. Where the policy includes equipment hired in by the Insured this policy extends to include continuing hiring charges that the Insured may be subject to, following a claim under the Policy. In no event will Insurers pay more than the limit as specified on the Declarations for Hiring Charges.
HIRING CHARGES. Hiring Charges and Security Bonds are set by the Board of Management and are reviewed from time to time. The Security Bond is held by Lyrebird as a guarantee of compliance with this Agreement. Should the agreement not be complied with, the bond or part thereof will be forfeited and become the property of Lyrebird as liquidated damages/charges. High risk functions (ie: 21st Birthdays, Weddings etc) must pay the maximum Security Bond as set down by the Board of Management. The balance of any outstanding monies shall be paid prior to the function or on pick up of keys. Hiring times must be adhered to and should include set up and pack up time. Any use of the facility after the confirmed times will be charged at the appropriate commercial rate. Hirers who fail to comply with Lyrebird’s Saturday night 1am curfew will automatically forfeit the full Security Bond paid. Crockery, cutlery, sound system, TV/Video and overhead projector may be hired for a low cost (excluding party hirers). Any breakages will be charged to the hirer at repair or replacement value. The Security Bond will be refunded after inspection by an Authorised Booking Officer, once keys & security card have been returned and full compliance with the Hire Agreement has been confirmed. The Security Bond will be held by Lyrebird until any dispute (if any should arise) has been resolved.
HIRING CHARGES. The current rates can be found on the website xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx or a copy can be obtained from the booking secretary.
HIRING CHARGES a) The hire charges should be paid to St. Ninian’s not less than monthly in advance by standing order, cheque or cash. All cheques should be made payable to St. Ninian’s Scottish Episcopal Church.
b) The Hall Lettings Manager and Website will supply details of the latest hiring charges.
c) The user will be given at least three months notice of any increase in the hiring charge.
HIRING CHARGES. 8.1 The Customer will pay the Hire Charges together with any deposit as G R Plant Hire may require prior to the Goods being released for the Hire Period to the Customer.
8.2 Hire Charges are charged at the rate in and the manner specified during the period. Prices include GST. G R Plant Hire will charge GST at the rate set by the Government in respect to any supply made to the Customer.
8.3 The Hire Charges may be subject to alteration by mutual agreement between the Customer and G R Plant Hire if the agreed Hire Period or Goods hired is altered in any way by the Customer.
8.4 Hire charges are subject to change without notice.
8.5 Any quotations provided by G R Plant Hire remain valid for acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of quotation. After this time this quotation is voidable at the option of G R Plant Hire which may in its absolute discretion determine this quotation and subsequently revise the price or any other of the conditions so quoted.
8.6 Clerical errors are subject to correction and do not bind G R Plant Hire.
8.7 Hire charges include the provision of insurance of Goods for the Hire Period.
8.8 The Customer is liable to pay to G R Plant Hire upon request the excess amount in connection with an insurance claim where G R Plant Hire deems the Customer responsible for an loss, theft or damage to Goods.
