The Holiday Shift Pay clause establishes the terms under which employees are compensated for working during recognized holidays. Holiday Shift Pay. For all employees, if a work day falls on a scheduled holiday, they shall receive overtime pay or equivalent compensatory time credit (Holiday Credit) for working the holiday for the first eight (8) hours worked; or if a holiday falls on the day off of an employee, the employee shall be given straight time pay or equivalent compensatory time credit for eight (8) hours.
Holiday Shift Pay. Each 4/10 shift employee who works a full shift on a holiday shall receive time and one-half for the first eight (8) hours worked in addition to regular pay for the holiday. Holiday shift pay shall be subject to provisions of Section 7.
