Home/Community Visits. Teachers who wish to conduct home visits (or visits with families in other community locations) outside the regular work day shall participate in a mandatory training each year that is provided by CFT. Annually, CFT shall share training materials with the Board at Areas of Consultation. Teachers on the salary schedule shall be compensated at the extra duty rate for up to twenty-one (21) hours per year for conducting visits outside the regular work day or will receive up to three (3) days of personal leave added to their bank at the rate of one additional Personal Leave day for every seven (7) hours of visits conducted. Staff members who are off schedule are not entitled to additional pay but will receive up to three (3) days of personal leave added to their bank at the rate of one additional Personal Leave day for every seven (7) hours of visits conducted. If members choose to coordinate the visit with another trained member of the bargaining unit, both members shall be compensated. To receive this compensation, the members must document the visit with their building principal, noting the time, location and the name(s) of the parents or guardians they met with.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Community Service Service to the wider community includes active participation in a wide variety of governmental, societal and community institutions, programs and services, where such participation is based on the candidate’s academic or professional expertise.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.
