Home Services. During the term of the Agreement, Customer will have access to Constellation’s vendors and Constellation’s affiliate, BGE Home Products & Services, LLC (“BGE HOME”), and BGE HOME’s preferred vendors, who will provide Customer with certain discounts when Customer requires certain home services at its residence. In addition to any seasonal offerings BGE HOME may provide from time to time, BGE HOME will provide Customer with a 20% discount on any work they perform or parts they replace when providing service to the heating and cooling system at Customer’s residence. Customer must call 000-000-0000 to schedule service during its normal operating hours. For purposes of clarity, any work BGE HOME provides to Customer will be invoiced separately and Customer will pay any amounts owed for such work in addition to the Monthly Membership Fee.

Home Services. This use case focuses on monitoring, maintaining, repairing and replenishing of the heating equipment inside a household. Various of the TagItSmart services will be tested in real-­world households, where the smart-­tags will provide the appropriate environmental and contextual information regarding the heating equipment of a household. The monitored information is related to the actual heating equipment product, the environment in which it operates, the type of use performed by the owners of the product as well as additional services from the point-­of-­ view of the product manufacturer. Figure 13 shows the overview of the use cases including the various stakeholders and the way they interact with the TagItSmart platform, the smart-­tags and the different heating equipment.
Home Services. The Providence ElderPlace/PACE In-home Program provides needed in- home services to: • Individuals who can direct their own care and • Need intermittent assistance with activities of daily living to maintain their independence at home. In-home services compliment and support your own resources and personal abilities to maintain independence in your living environment. ElderPlace/PACE participants receiving in-home services have access to: • Meal preparation, shopping, errands • Housekeeping • Medication reminders • Personal care, such as bathing, dressing and grooming • Home adaption and repairs to support an individual to remain in their own home ElderPlace/PACE-supported Housing Providence ElderPlace/PACE offers housing at three of our locations. ElderPlace/PACE-supported housing is for participants who need additional support to maintain independence. Support may include assistance with medications, bathing, housekeeping, laundry, and other activities of daily living. Three daily meals are provided for residents. North Coast participants will be informed in the event a community-based physician contract is added or terminated with ElderPlace/PACE.
Home Services. The H.E.A.R.T. Home Services are not subject to regulation by HUD or the Massachusetts Executive Officer of Elder Affairs. EHO is currently and, during the preceding six (6) years has at all times been, in compliance with all applicable Laws in connection with its provision of H.E.A.R.T.
Home Services. (m) For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, “material” matters for purposes of this Section 4.23 shall include the following: (i) a substantial amount of money received by the Acquired Companies or any predecessors of the Acquired Companies in excess of the amount due and payable under any Government Program or Private Program requirements or Third Party Payor Requirements; (ii) a matter that a reasonable person would consider a probable violation of Law applicable to any Federal Health Care Program (as defined in 42 USC § 1320a-7b(f))for which penalties or exclusion may be authorized; or (iii) the employment of or contracting with a Person who has been or is currently suspended, excluded or debarred from contracting with the United States federal or any state government or from participating in any Federal Health Care Program (as defined in 42 USC § 1320a-7b(f)). The representations and warranties in this Section 4.23 and Section 4.25 (collectively, the “Health Care Representations”) are the sole and exclusive representations and warranties in this Agreement concerning health care matters.

  • SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • General Services (1) Services to be provided on an ongoing basis to the extent applicable to a particular Fund:

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. For a list of medical prescription drugs that are subject to this Site of Care Program, visit our website. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. See Appeals in Section 5 for information on how to file a medical appeal.

  • Legal Services If this Agreement is for legal services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall: (i) adhere to legal cost and billing guidelines designated by the JBE; (ii) adhere to litigation plans designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iii) adhere to case phasing of activities designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iv) submit and adhere to legal budgets as designated by the JBE; (v) maintain legal malpractice insurance in an amount not less than the amount designated by the JBE; and (vi) submit to legal bill audits and law firm audits if so requested by the JBE, whether conducted by employees or designees of the JBE or by any legal cost-control provider retained by the JBE for that purpose. Contractor may be required to submit to a legal cost and utilization review as determined by the JBE. If (a) the Contract Amount is greater than $50,000, (b) the legal services are not the legal representation of low- or middle-income persons, in either civil, criminal, or administrative matters, and (c) the legal services are to be performed within California, then Contractor agrees to make a good faith effort to provide a minimum number of hours of pro xxxx legal services, or an equivalent amount of financial contributions to qualified legal services projects and support centers, as defined in section 6213 of the Business and Professions Code, during each year of the Agreement equal to the lesser of either (A) thirty (30) multiplied by the number of full time attorneys in the firm’s offices in California, with the number of hours prorated on an actual day basis for any period of less than a full year or (B) the number of hours equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract Amount divided by the average billing rate of the firm. Failure to make a good faith effort may be cause for nonrenewal of this Agreement or another judicial branch or other state contract for legal services, and may be taken into account when determining the award of future contracts with a Judicial Branch Entity for legal services.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Financial Services The aim of cooperation shall be to achieve closer common rules and standards in areas including the following:

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Corporate Services This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the provision by PROVIDING PARTY to RECEIVING PARTY of various corporate services and products, as more fully described below and in Schedule 1.1(a) attached hereto (the Scheduled Services, the Omitted Services, the Resumed Services and Special Projects (as defined below), collectively, the "Corporate Services").
