Honorary Members. Criteria
(i) Attend the banquet, at which time the Union shall pay for the accommodation and meals.
(ii) Receive NSNU Newsletter.
Honorary Members. Honorary Members are exempt from paying dues. Archery ProShop Retailer Members will pay dues of $135.00. Each physical location must pay membership dues to receive membership benefits. Archery Reseller Members will pay dues of $135.00. Basic Retailer Members will pay membership dues of $55.00. Basic Retailer Membership status is a classification that can be renewed each year for up to 3 years. Multiple Channel Retailer Members will pay dues based on the number of buyers who attend the ATA Trade Show; provided, however, the minimum dues will be $330.00 regardless of attendance at the ATA Trade Show: 0-1 buyer = $220.00; 2 buyers = $330.00; 3 buyers = $440.00; 4 buyers = $550.00; 5 buyers = $600.00; 6 or more buyers = $660.00. Archery Range Operator Members will pay dues of $135.00.
Honorary Members. Honorary membership may be conferred upon members of the teaching profession or other persons for distinguished services to education and the profession. Honorary members shall enjoy all the privileges of the Association except those of voting and holding office and shall be exempt from payment of dues.
Honorary Members. (a) The FAS Committee may propose Honorary Membership of the FAS to be awarded from time to time to individuals in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the work of FAS or to astronomy, generally.
(b) Honorary Membership will be free of subscriptions to FAS.
(c) Honorary Membership will be subject to the prior approval of RMG.
(d) FAS or RMG may withdraw Honorary Membership from an individual at any time, with reasonable cause.
Honorary Members. The Board of Directors, by a majority vote, may confer upon any person honorary membership in the corporation upon such terms and conditions as may be stated in such resolution conferring such membership. Honorary members shall be neither entitled to vote nor to hold office in the corporation.
Honorary Members. Any person may be elected as Honorary Member by the unanimous vote of all Directors present at any duly held meeting of the Board of Directors but shall have no rights, duties or obligations in the management or in the property of the Local League. As used hereinafter, the word “Member” shall mean a Regular Member unless otherwise stated.

Honorary Members of the Board of Directors shall be persons to whom the Board of Directors extends non-voting membership as an expression of appreciation for outstanding service rendered to Caribbean tourism in either public or private life.
Honorary Members i. An Honorary Member means any of the following: • a parent or guardian of a registered Junior Playing Member; or • a coach or manager of a team competing in any competition conducted by the Association; or • a coach or manager of any representative team of the Association; or • a referee acting as such in any competition conducted by the Association; or • any scorebench official; or • a registered volunteer; or • any other person.
ii. An Honorary Member must be admitted as a member of the Association upon completing the stipulated application for membership or renewal of membership PROVIDED THAT the Management Committee may, by resolution passed at its meeting next following submission of the application, reject the Honorary Member’s application without assigning any reason.
iii. Honorary Members are exempt from payment of membership fees.
iv. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Management Committee, the membership of an Honorary Member must, unless otherwise renewed, cease on the anniversary of their admission PROVIDED HOWEVER that if the Honorary Member holds office on the Management Committee their membership will expire (unless otherwise renewed) when they cease holding their position on the Management Committee.
v. Honorary Members are, subject to completing a valid nomination, entitled to stand for election or appointment to the Management Committee.
vi. Honorary Members are entitled to attend any General Meeting of the Association, but may not move or second motions or vote in accordance with their voting rights stipulated herein at any General Meeting. Honorary Members may speak in respect of a motion with the permission of the chair.
vii. Honorary Members exercise no votes at any General Meeting of the Association.
viii. Honorary Members must not be considered for quorum purposes at any General Meeting.
ix. Honorary Members will be entitled to attend any event organised by the Association subject to any conditions determined by the Management Committee.
x. The number of Honorary Members will be unlimited.
Honorary Members. The Executive Committee of the Association may confer Honorary Membership on distinguished persons residing within the area of its operation, who have been, are or are likely to be helpful to the Association in carrying out its programs, projects or activities. An Honorary Member shall have a right to participate in all programs, projects and activities of the Association. However, an Honorary Member shall not be entitled to attend, participate or vote at the organizational meetings of the Association or to contest election for any of the posts in the Association. An Honorary Member shall not be liable to pay any kind of fees/subscription to the Association.
