Hour Schedules. For employees working in 56-hour classifications, the regular schedule consists of a six day tour of duty that includes two (2) regularly scheduled 24-hour workdays and four (4) days off, commonly referred to as 48/96.
Hour Schedules. The Company will switch to 4 by 10 hour shifts beginning January 1, 1997 for the areas in the factory that are not scheduled to work 3 by 12 hour shifts. This shift pattern will give consideration to employee fatigue, ergonomics, processing/supply chain limitations and meeting our customer requirements. The parties by mutual agreement may revert to a conventional Monday to Friday, eight (8) hour shift schedule.

Hour Schedules. Employees who work 12 hour shift schedule will be working an extra 8 hours per month at straight time and will be allowed to take pay at straight time or bank days at straight time to schedule time off by mutual agreement during the calendar year.
Hour Schedules. In special circumstances any member may request permission from the head of their department to work a four day, ten hours per day schedule. The decision of the department head is final and not subject to the grievance procedure. Permission to work this alternative schedule will not exceed thirty (30) days, but can be extended with permission of the department head.
