Hourly Rate Pricing. The Contractor shall provide services at an hourly rate price that does not exceed its hourly rate in this Contract. Contractor prices in this Contract are “not to exceed” prices and lower pricing may be negotiated by the Customer.

Hourly Rate Pricing. This is the rate(s) detailed in the Contract for each service or category of service provided by Contractor. For equipment rental, the rental rate for equipment for one hour or less. For personnel work, the rate for one hour of work. The State will pay quarter hour increments for personnel work.
Hourly Rate Pricing. Contractors will offer a per hour charge for moves. The per hour charge will be calculated from the time the Contractor leaves the storage location to arrival at The Program’s location, the actual hours spent at a Program location, and the return trip back to the storage location. The Program reserves the right to use the travel times established by Map Quest or a similar program to determine appropriate travel times. A majority of the moves will take place within the Seven County Metro Area, however, some moves may take place outside the Seven County Metro Area and may require the Contractor’s moving personnel to be on site for more than one day. When it is necessary for the Contractor’s moving personal to be on site (at a location outside the Seven County Metro Area) for more than one day and an overnight stay by the Contractor’s moving personal is necessary, the Contractor will be reimbursed per the “Commissioner’s Travel Planin force at the time of the move. Unless otherwise agreed to by The Program, overnight stays will be determined at the time the move is scheduled. The Contractor will not be able to add overnight expenses to a move, that wasn’t already determined before the move was scheduled, unless approval is obtained from The Program’s Director or Technician. The “Commissioner’s Travel Plan” can be found at the Materials Management website: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/commissionersplan.htm. The Program reserves the right to observe any move of the machines including moves that begin at the storage location.

  • Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the Agreement by the number of direct labor hours (DLH) performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis. The hourly rates shall include wages, indirect costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit. (B) Hourly rate means the rate(s) specified in the Agreement for payment for labor that meets the labor category qualifications of a labor category specified in the Agreement that are performed by the Seller, performed by the subcontractors, or transferred between divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Seller under a common control. (C) Labor hours incurred to perform tasks for which labor qualifications were specified in the Agreement will not be paid to the extent the work is performed by individuals that do not meet the specified qualification. (D) Seller shall substantiate invoices (including any subcontractor hours reimbursed at the hourly rate in the Agreement) by evidence of actual payment and by individual daily job timecards, records that verify the employees meet the qualifications for the labor categories specified in the Agreement, or other substantiation approved by Company. (E) Unless otherwise prescribed in this Agreement, Company may withhold five percent of the amounts due under this paragraph, with the total amount withheld not to exceed $50,000. The amounts withheld shall be retained until the execution and delivery of a release by Xxxxxx as provided below. (F) Unless this Agreement prescribes otherwise, hourly rates shall not be varied by virtue of Seller having performed work on an overtime basis. If overtime rates are provided, the premium portion will be reimbursable only to the extent the overtime is approved by Company.

  • Hourly Rates The following is a list of hourly billable rates that Contractor shall apply for additional services requested of the Contractor. Contractor shall be compensated based on the hourly rates set forth below, on a time and material basis for those services that are within the general scope of services of this Agreement, but beyond the description of services required under Exhibit A, and all services are reasonably necessary to complete the standards of performance required by this Agreement.   • Hourly Rate Divisor The hourly rate for the purposes of the calculation of overtime is the weekly all-purpose rate contained in Clause 7 Wages, divided by 36.

  • TIPS Pricing Vendor agrees and understands that for each TIPS Contract that it holds, Vendor submitted, agreed to, and received TIPS’ approval for specific pricing, discounts, and other pricing terms and incentives which make up Vendor’s TIPS Pricing for that TIPS Contract (“TIPS Pricing”). Vendor confirms that Vendor will not add the TIPS Administration Fee as a charge or line-item in a TIPS Sale. Vendor hereby certifies that Vendor shall only offer goods and services through this TIPS Contract if those goods and services are included in or added to Vendor’s TIPS Pricing and approved by TIPS. TIPS reserves the right to review Vendor’s pricing update requests as specifically as line-item by line-item to determine compliance. However, Vendor contractually agrees that all submitted pricing updates shall be within the original terms of the Vendor’s TIPS Pricing (scope, proposed discounts, price increase limitations, and other pricing terms and incentives originally proposed by Vendor) such that TIPS may accept Vendors price increase requests as submitted without additional vetting at TIPS discretion. Any pricing quoted by Vendor to a TIPS Member or on a TIPS Quote shall never exceed Vendor’s TIPS Pricing for any good or service offered through TIPS. TIPS Pricing price increases and modifications, if permitted, will be honored according to the terms of the solicitation and Vendor’s proposal, incorporated herein by reference.
