Common use of HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME Clause in Contracts

HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME. Hours of work for Represented Regular Temporary Employees shall be established by the employing official. Work assigned in excess of forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day work week constitutes overtime. Overtime hours will be compensated at a rate of one- and-one-half (1-1/2) times the employee’s straight time hourly rate.
