I Insurance. The attached Schedule 4I is, in all material respects, a correct and complete summary of the material terms of each material policy of insurance which is in effect on the date of this Agreement insuring Xxxxxxxx and its Subsidiaries against loss or damage to any Station Assets by fire, casualty and other hazards and risks relating to their tangible assets, and each such policy of insurance is in full force and effect in all material respects.
I Insurance. The Hospital agrees to pay of the billed premiums towards coverage of eligible employees in the active employ of the Hospital under the Blue Cross Semi-private Plan or comparable coverage with another carrier. (The following central provision will be appropriately reflected in the collective agreements:) Effective the first of the month following the date of the award the Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible employee percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Blue Cross including hearing aids with a maximum of per person and vision care with a maximum of every months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction (subject to appropriate Union and employer recruitment). Any Hospital currently paying more than of the premium shall continue to do so. The shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the monthly premium rates on behalf active employees, the balance being paid by participating employees payroll deduction. Employees will be enrolled in the existing Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan. Effective April the Hospital's contribution to the dental plan will be seventy-five percent (75%).

  • Group Insurance All employees covered by this Agreement shall receive the same group insurance benefits as provided to other County employees in accordance with the County Benefit Program.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Crime Insurance Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract Crime Insurance on a “loss sustained form” or “loss discovered form,” and coverage must include the following:  The policy must allow for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.  The policy must include an extended reporting period of no less than one (1) year with respect to events which occurred but were not reported during the term of the policy.  Any warranties required by the Contractor’s insurer as a result of this Contract must be disclosed and complied with. Said insurance shall extend coverage to include the principals (all directors, officers, agents and employees) of the Contractor as a result of this Contract.  The policy shall include coverage for third party fidelity and name “The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use this Contract as an Authorized User and their officers, agents, and employees” as “Loss Payees” for all third party coverage secured. This requirement applies to both primary and excess liability policies, as applicable.  The policy shall not contain a condition requiring an arrest and conviction.  The policy shall include coverage for computer crime/fraud.

The full and precise conditions of this cover will be in accordance with the terms of the policy, but in general will provide that, in the event of a workplace accident occurring which results in either the death or total permanent disablement of a worker covered by this Agreement, a lump sum payment as specified below will made. The defined payments are: With dependants $250,000 Without dependants $150,000 This benefit has been agreed to by the company on the grounds that premium costs have been set at $7 per week/worker and will not exceed that amount. In the event of insurance costs rising, it is agreed that the table of defined benefits will be reduced so as to maintain the $7 premium figure. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee.

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.

  • Indemnity Insurance a. The Service Provider agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City, its officers, agents and employees against and from any and all actions, suits, claims, demands or liability of any character whatsoever brought or asserted for injuries to or death of any person or persons, or damages to property arising out of, result from or occurring in connection with the performance of any service hereunder. b. The Service Provider shall take all necessary precautions in performing the work hereunder to prevent injury to persons and property. c. Without limiting any of the Service Provider's obligations hereunder, the Service Provider shall provide and maintain insurance coverage naming the City as an additional insured under this Agreement of the type and with the limits specified within Exhibit C, consisting of one (1) page, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Service Provider before commencing services hereunder, shall deliver to the City's Purchasing Director, P. O. Xxx 000, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Colorado 80522, one copy of a certificate evidencing the insurance coverage required from an insurance company acceptable to the City.
