IATSE National Health & Welfare Fund. 7.6.1 For all Relief Department Heads and Extra Stage Labor working under this Agreement, the Employer agrees to contribute to the IATSE National Health & Welfare Fund 19% of the gross wages earned by each employee covered by this Agreement and employed by the Employer under its terms for the length of the contract. The contributions are payable by the 10th of the month following the month of employment. These contributions are in addition to all wages and other sums required to be paid by this Agreement.

  • Health and Welfare Fund Pursuant to provisions contained in a pre­ vious Collective Bargaining Agreement, there has been established a Health and Welfare Fund known as the “ Retail Meat Cutter Unions and Employers Joint Health and Welfare Fund For The Chicago Area” ; said Fund is hereinafter referred to as the “ Health and Welfare Fund.”
