If You Change Your Booking. If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking or your travel agent. You will be asked to pay an administration charge, and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made, and you should contact us as soon as possible. Note: Certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements. You can transfer your booking to another person, who satisfies all the conditions that apply to this booking, by giving us notice in writing as soon as possible and no later than 7 days before departure. Both you and the new traveller are responsible for paying all costs we incur in making the transfer.
If You Change Your Booking. Note: Certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements. You can transfer your booking to another person, who satisfies all the conditions that apply to this booking, by giving us notice in writing at least 7 days before departure provided that the new lead passenger accepts the transfer and these Terms and Conditions. Both you and the new traveller are responsible for paying all costs we incur in making the transfer. Please bear in mind that certain airlines and other transport providers treat changes as a cancellation and charge accordingly, up to 100% of the cost for that part of the arrangement. Where applicable these charges will be passed on to you.

We reserve the right to ask for an administration charge, and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made. Certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after confirmation and any alteration may result in a cancellation charge of 100%.
If You Change Your Booking. (A) Once a booking has been accepted, it can only be changed to another property by treating the original booking as a cancellation. Holiday dates may be changed providing the property is available for the new dates and the owner agrees to the change. A handling charge of £42 including VAT will be payable for any changes to the original booking.
(B) If for any reason it proves necessary for us to make a change to your holiday booking by reason of the unexpected withdrawal of the property by the Owner, by reason of overbooking, or for operational circumstances, or for some other reason, the Agent will use reasonable endeavours to make an alternative booking from the commencement date to the departure date from the Agent’s portfolio. Should the Agent cancel the holiday booking in this way and you do not accept the alternative property or an alternative property is not available, a ful l refund should be made to You of all monies paid. The Agent shall be under no further obligation or liability to You in this respect.
If You Change Your Booking. If you want to change any details of your booking (e.g. transfer to a different holiday with us, departure date, airline, airport, change the number of people booked to travel, change or cancel an excursion or pre-departure special offer etc), we will do our best to help. If you or any member of your party are unable to proceed with the holiday, you can transfer the booking to a substitute person, providing they are suitable; satisfy all the conditions applicable to the original booking and are acceptable to us. Both the person taking and the person leaving the booking will be responsible for paying any additional costs arising from the transfer. We charge a minimum Amendment Fee of £35 per amendment plus any non-refundable costs arising from the contract terms of our suppliers. However, if you change your booking within 69 days of departure, the cancellation charges will apply as shown below in addition to the above Amendment Fee. In the case of name changes, the applicable costs and/or cancellation charges will apply as appropriate. Important Note: Name changes and/or departure changes are not always permitted by airlines and most treat name changes as cancellations and charge accordingly. These charges will be passed on to you in addition to any other Amendment Fees. Once airline tickets have been issued any changes made to the ticket(s) may result in you having to pay for the cancelled ticket(s) and purchase a new ticket(s) at full cost. When the price is dependent on the number of people booked into the accommodation and it then varies because you wish to change that number of people, the price will be recosted based on the new party size as shown in the price panel. Any increase in price per person payable as a result of a part cancellation is not a Cancellation Charge. A separate Cancellation Charge will be levied in respect of bookings cancelled. A new confirmation invoice will be issued as appropriate, on which the Cancellation Charges will be shown.
If You Change Your Booking. 4.1 If after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to change to an alternate departure date of any available trip, you may do so subject to availability.
4.2 If the change is requested outside of 46 days before the original trip departure no fee will be charged.
4.3 A change of booking within 45 days of original trip departure will be treated as a cancelation and normal cancelation fees
4.4 A name change to a different person will be treated as a cancelation.
4.5 A fee will be charged for any alteration to airline arrangements made by Contiki as per clause 3
If You Change Your Booking. If, after our confirmation has been issued, you wish to change to another tour of our current year’s selection or change departure date we will do our utmost to make the changes, provided that written notification is received at our offices from the person who signed the Booking Form not later than the date on which the balance of the original tour cost was due for payment. This must be accompanied by a payment of £10.00 to cover administration costs. Any alteration by you made later than the original balance date will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out below. Other alterations such as the addition of requests or change of pick-up point that require a reconfirmation to be issued must be notified with the charge of £10.00 to cover administration costs.
If You Change Your Booking. If, after our confirmation has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements or any element of your holiday, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking or your travel agent. Changes to your booking requested by you are subject to an administration charge of £25 per element, plus any further costs we incur in making such changes. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible.
If You Change Your Booking. Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, our standard service fee of $50.00 will apply in addition to any additional Supplier charges. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the product purchased. Changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and other Suppliers. While we will endeavor to make such a change if necessary, please bear in mind that most airlines and Suppliers treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply. Flights must be taken in the sequence they appear on your ticket or eticket confirmation. If you plan not to take a flight as booked, please contact the airline as far in advance as possible to discuss your options. If you do not check in on time for a confirmed reservation, the airline may register you as a ‘no-show’, which could result in extra charges and/or your whole flight itinerary being cancelled and/or render your ticket void.
