Immunization Program. As a condition of certification as a BadgerCare Plus and/or Medicaid SSI provider, the HMO must share member immunization status with the local health departments and other non-profit HealthCheck providers upon their request without the necessity of member authorization. The Department also requires that the local health departments and other non-profit HealthCheck providers share the same information with the HMO upon request. This provision ensures proper coordination of immunization services and prevents duplication of services. The HMO must have a signed user agreement with the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) or must be able to demonstrate that its major providers have signed WIR user agreements.

Immunization Program. The current immunization program shall be continued for all employees in the Bargaining Units assigned to the Water Resources Department at no expense to the employees.
