Implementation Committees. 12.1 The Parties agree to establish a Mental Health Industry Implementation Committee (MHIIC). This Committee will monitor and oversight the implementation of this Agreement. The MHIIC will be chaired by a representative of the Department of Health and Human Services, and be comprised of representatives of the VHIA (in its capacity as the representative of the Employer), the Unions. 12.2 The MHIIC will operate in accordance with terms of reference determined by its members. 12.3 The Employer shall establish a Mental Health Workplace Implementation Committee (MHWIC) which may include local and state Union representatives. The MHWIC shall address local matters directed to the implementation of this Agreement. 12.4 The Mental Health Workplace Implementation Committees will operate in accordance with terms of reference determined by the MHIIC.

Implementation Committees. Within 60 days of the issuance of the New License, the Licensees shall convene the initial meeting of the following committees (each an “Implementation Committee”): the Fish Committee, the Terrestrial Resources Working Group, the Recreation Resources Working Group, the Xxxxxx Round Butte Fund Governing Board, and the Shoreline Management Working Group. The Licensees shall work with each Implementation Committee during the term of the New License to ensure that the requirements of this Agreement, and all Exhibits and Appendices thereto, are incorporated into the Licensees’ implementation of the New License. The Licensees’ development and implementation of study plans, reports, facility designs, and operating and implementation plans pursuant to the terms of the New License shall comply with the requirements of this Agreement and any applicable License Implementation Plan.
Implementation Committees. (a) The Licensees shall establish a Fish Committee as provided in the Settlement Agreement. The Fish Committee shall consist of the Licensees; National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA Fisheries); U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS); U.S. Forest Service (USFS); Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA); Bureau of Land Management (BLM); Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation Branch of Natural Resources (CTWS BNR); Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation Water Control Board (CTWS WCB); Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW); Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ), and a representative of the following non-governmental organizations: Trout Unlimited, American Rivers, Oregon Trout, and the Native Fish Society. The Licensees’ development and implementation of study plans, reports, facility designs, and operating and implementation plans submitted to the Fish Committee pursuant to the terms of this license shall comply with the requirements of the Settlement Agreement and the applicable License Implementation Plan. The Licensees’ implementation of measures pursuant to this license shall be reported to the Fish Committee as provided in the Settlement Agreement and the applicable License Implementation Plan. Copies of all filings with the Commission following consultation with the Fish Committee shall be provided to each member of the Fish Committee. (i) Unless a different time period is specifically established pursuant to another provision of this License, the Licensees shall, where consultation with the Fish Committee is required, allow a minimum of 30 days for the Fish Committee members to comment, work to achieve consensus, and to make recommendations before filing any study, operating or implementation plan, report, or facility design with the Commission. If after consideration by the Fish Committee of all comments or recommendations, consensus is not achieved regarding the study, operating or implementation plan, report, or facility design, and any member of the Fish Committee invokes dispute resolution pursuant to Section 7.5 of the Settlement Agreement, the Licensees shall not file any study, operating or implementation plan, report, or facility design with the Commission until the dispute resolution process has been completed.   • Delegation; Committees The Trustees shall have the power, consistent with their continuing exclusive authority over the management of the Trust and the Trust Property, to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers, employees or agents of the Trust the doing of such things, including any matters set forth in this Declaration, and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or the names of the Trustees or otherwise as the Trustees may deem expedient.   • Joint Committees 1101 Release Time (a) Basic pay or equivalent time off, with a minimum of one (1) hour guaranteed to nurses who are not on duty, will be granted to nurses appointed by the Union to attend meetings of the Union Management Committee and any other Facility joint committee to which the Union is required to appoint representatives. (b) All reasonable efforts will be made to relieve a nurse who is appointed to attend meetings of the Union Management Committee, Nursing Advisory Committee or any other facility joint committee to which the Union is required to appoint representatives, without loss of salary or benefits. This clause is applicable when the meeting(s) occurs during hours the nurse is otherwise scheduled to work. 1102 Union Management Committee The Employer and the Union agree to establish and maintain a Union Management Committee consisting of not less than two (2) persons appointed by each of the parties. Appointments shall be made for a term of one (1) year but without limit on the number of consecutive terms a member may serve.   • Joint Consultation Committee 8.01 On the request of either party, the parties must meet at least once every four (4) months, for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by the Agreement. 8.02 The purpose of the consultation committee is to promote the cooperative resolution of workplace issues, to xxxxxx the development of work related skills and to promote workplace productivity, and to identify opportunities for improved patient care. 8.03 Up to two (2) employees who are members of the joint consultation committee shall be granted leave without loss of pay or receive straight-time regular wages while attending meetings of the committee, up to a maximum of two (2) hours’ pay. 8.04 Pay for such meetings will be limited to two (2) hours and employees attending such meetings will not receive overtime wages.

  • Technical Committee 1. The Technical Committee shall comprise: (a) nine experts representing different regions of the Agreement Area, in accordance with a balanced geographical distribution; (b) one representative from the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN), one from the International Waterfowl and Wetlands Research Bureau (IWRB) and one from the International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation (CIC); and (c) one expert from each of the following fields: rural economics, game management, and environmental law. The procedure for the appointment of the experts, the term of their appointment and the procedure for designation of the Chairman of the Technical Committee shall be determined by the Meeting of the Parties. The Chairman may admit a maximum of four observers from specialized international inter- governmental and non-governmental organizations. 2. Unless the Meeting of the Parties decides otherwise, meetings of the Technical Committee shall be convened by the Agreement secretariat in conjunction with each ordinary session of the Meeting of the Parties and at least once between ordinary sessions of the Meeting of the Parties. 3. The Technical Committee shall: (a) provide scientific and technical advice and information to the Meeting of the Parties and, through the Agreement secretariat, to Parties; (b) make recommendations to the Meeting of the Parties concerning the Action Plan, implementation of the Agreement and further research to be carried out; (c) prepare for each ordinary session of the Meeting of the Parties a report on its activities, which shall be submitted to the Agreement secretariat not less than one hundred and twenty days before the session of the Meeting of the Parties, and copies shall be circulated forthwith by the Agreement secretariat to the Parties; and (d) carry out any other tasks referred to it by the Meeting of the Parties. 4. Where in the opinion of the Technical Committee there has arisen an emergency which requires the adoption of immediate measures to avoid deterioration of the conservation status of one or more migratory waterbird species, the Technical Committee may request the Agreement secretariat to convene urgently a meeting of the Parties concerned. These Parties shall meet as soon as possible thereafter to establish rapidly a mechanism to give protection to the species identified as being subject to particularly adverse threat. Where a recommendation has been adopted at such a meeting, the Parties concerned shall inform each other and the Agreement secretariat of measures they have taken to implement it, or of the reasons why the recommendation could not be implemented. 5. The Technical Committee may establish such working groups as may be necessary to deal with specific tasks.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association. B. The committee will accept and review application for a TLS position and will make recommendations to the hiring administrator. In developing recommendations, the committee will utilize measures of teacher effectiveness and professional growth, consider the needs of the school district and review the performance and professional development of the applicants. Teachers who are selected must meet all of the qualification contained in the TLS grant and contained in the law.
