Implementation Conditions. The implementation of the ten hour shift agreement will be on the condition that; a) There will be substantial savings to the Company. b) This agreement is implemented on the assertion of PPWC Local 2 that the efficiency of all departments and individual employees will increase. c) Flexibility of scheduling currently available under the collective agreement will continue to be available under this schedule (change of shift). d) All recognized shift schedules remain available for scheduling at the company’s option. e) Overtime will not be paid if incurred as a result of implementing or discontinuing the schedule. With reference to the 10 hour shift agreement in case of conflict between the terms of this agreement, and any other terms found outside this agreement, the terms of this agreement shall apply. With the exception of the articles as amended by this 10 Hour Shift Agreement, all other articles of the Labour Agreement apply. At the company’s discretion, the existing incumbent maintenance shift personnel will stay on their assigned shifts during the trial period.

Implementation Conditions. To support the implementation of this agreement the following additional conditions will be applied solely for the transition from the previous agreement to this one. • A lump sum payment of £3,200 will be paid to each member of staff on acceptance of the new conditions. • Staff whose salary is above the new grade they are allocated to will retain their existing salary on a personal basis. • Where staff retain a personal salary their salary will be frozen until it aligns with the relevant grade salary, during this period staff will receive 50% of any annual pay award. • Staff who are mapped to a new position will take up the post in Band A. • Displaced Staff who are working out of grade will take up the post in Band A. • Staff whose current combined base salary and shift premium is above the combined new salary and new shift premium will retain the enhanced premium on a personal basis for 5 years.   • Market Conditions Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, settlement and payment for Foreign Assets received for the account of the Portfolios and delivery of Foreign Assets maintained for the account of the Portfolios may be effected in accordance with the customary established securities trading or processing practices and procedures in the country or market in which the transaction occurs, including, without limitation, delivering Foreign Assets to the purchaser thereof or to a dealer therefor (or an agent for such purchaser or dealer) with the expectation of receiving later payment for such Foreign Assets from such purchaser or dealer. The Custodian shall provide to each Board the information with respect to custody and settlement practices in countries in which the Custodian employs a Foreign Sub-Custodian described on Schedule C hereto at the time or times set forth on such Schedule. The Custodian may revise Schedule C from time to time, provided that no such revision shall result in a Board being provided with substantively less information than had been previously provided hereunder.

  • SUPERIOR CONDITIONS 21.01 All existing benefits, rights, privileges, practices, terms or conditions of employment which may be considered to be superior to those contained herein and which are set out in Appendix 4 are specifically retained by this Agreement unless otherwise agreed by the local parties. The parties agree to remove from Appendix 4 those superior conditions which no longer have application. Where the parties cannot agree on whether a superior condition continues to have application, the issue will be reduced to a grievance and referred to arbitration. 21.02 The Union and the Participating Hospitals agree to establish a committee consisting of two (2) representatives of the Union and two (2) representatives of the Participating Hospitals to review the superior conditions appendices in each of the participating hospitals. This committee will report to their respective negotiating committees prior to the next round of central negotiations.

  • Termination Conditions This Agreement terminates upon the earlier of any of the following events: a.

  • Specific Conditions If applicable, specific conditions required after a risk assessment will be included in Exhibit G. Grantee shall adhere to the specific conditions listed therein.

  • Work Conditions The Contractor agrees to accept sole responsibility to comply with all federal, provincial and municipal legislation which may have application to the Work and agrees to comply with all provincial and federal legislation affecting conditions of work and wage rates including the Employment Standards Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-6.2, the Workers Compensation Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. W-7.1, or any other laws that impose obligations in the nature of employers’ obligations. The Contractor agrees to follow the Public Service Commission Human Resource Policies 9.05 Violence in the Workplace Policy; 9.08 Drug, Alcohol, and Medication Policy, and 11.01 Policy for the Prevention and Resolution of Harassment in the Workplace while working on Government sites, in Government vehicles or alongside Government staff. The Contractor agrees to accept the full cost of doing those things required under this paragraph and will not charge or seek reimbursement from the Owner in any way, such costs having been taken into consideration and included in the rates of payment stipulated in this Agreement.

  • Payment Conditions The price of the whole accommodation service booked is always payable by the Guest in advance, at the latest upon arrival in the hotel. Set-off by the Guest is excluded unless the set- off relates to an undisputed or legally confirmed claim. Valid means of payment are cash in Euros, EC card, Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card and American Express. For payment settlement we use the 3D Secure 2.0 system for secure and additional customer authorisation.   • Test conditions 6.1.1. The test shall be performed on a flat, dry concrete or asphalt surface affording good adhesion. 6.1.2. The ambient temperature shall be between 0°C and 45°C. 6.1.3. The horizontal visibility range shall allow the target to be observed throughout the test.

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
