Implementation of Program. GRANTEE shall commence implementation of the programs and services outlined in Exhibit A within thirty (30) calendar days after the effective date of this Grant Agreement. GRANTEE shall conduct the programs and provide the services within the timelines indicated in Exhibit A in accordance with the procedures set forth in Exhibit C.
Implementation of Program. In the event that Company provides Program Authorization to Advisor, Company agrees, subject to its resources, to:
A. Allocate the services of its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and engage such other outside professionals as required to successfully implement and complete each task associated with the Program, pursuant to Advisor's recommendation, unless modified in writing by the mutual consent of the parties, and
B. Issue such compensation as may be suggested by Advisor so as to cause timely implementation of the Program pursuant to Advisor's recommendation, unless modified in writing by the mutual consent of the parties.
Implementation of Program. These provisions shall be effective July 1, 2000. Article XXIII of the collective bargaining agreement, concerning Mentor Teachers, shall expire effective June 30, 2000.
Implementation of Program. This Agreement shall be implemented in accordance with all relevant federal and state laws and regulations, including those prohibiting discrimination. Periodically, but at least once per year, the Director or the Director of the School of Pharmacy Technology, and the Administration at the Clinical Site, or their respective designees, shall meet to ensure the coordination of the clinical rotation program, and to evaluate the Program's accomplishment of its clinical objective. Minutes of the meeting shall be kept to document any recommended changes.
Implementation of Program. Unless otherwise agreed to by Google in writing, You will implement the Program in a manner that complies with the technical and implementation requirements provided by Google from time to time, including those instructions contained in the documentation regarding the Program Interface. Without limiting the foregoing, You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Implementation of Program. District agrees to cooperate with and assist in facilitating the Program at District for the benefit of University students.
Implementation of Program. Santa Xxxx Water will create and post website content about program and available contractors, purchasing indoor fixtures to ensure available stock for program, and advertising program to Santa Xxxx Water service area customers. Plumbing contractors will conduct site inspections and install high efficiency toilets and indoor fixtures, replacing water inefficient fixtures and devices.
Implementation of Program. The Program will begin implementation during the notice period provided to employees regarding the reopening of the Alexandria Headquarters of the USPTO. Employees who have completed all of the actions necessary to participate in the program during that period will begin their new telework arrangement once the Office is no longer on maximum telework.
Implementation of Program a. Within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this Agreement, YRMC will adopt a program (Program) that will effectively implement the provisions of this Agreement, including developing, coordinating and overseeing the development of specific procedures to fully implement this Agreement.
b. The Program will include, among other things:
(1) The designation of an individual who will maintain full information about access to and the operations of the Program (“Responsible Official”). The Responsible Official will maintain a combination voice/TTY telephone line or a dedicated TTY telephone line, publicize the Program’s purpose and telephone number broadly within YRMC and to the public, respond to telephone inquiries during normal business hours, and maintain a recording system for inquiries received after normal business hours.
(2) The designation of one or more Administrative Nursing Supervisors who will be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to answer questions and provide assistance and authorization for immediate access to and proper use of the appropriate auxiliary aids and services, including qualified sign language and oral interpreters available under the Program (as described below). Such Administrative Nursing Supervisors will know where the appropriate auxiliary aids are stored and how to operate them. Such Administrative Nursing Supervisors will know how to order contract interpreters. YRMC will circulate and post broadly within YRMC the names, telephone numbers, functions and office locations of such Administrative Nursing Supervisors, including a TTY telephone number that may be called by Patients and Companions in order to obtain the assistance of such Administrative Nursing Supervisors.
(3) YRMC will ensure auxiliary aids are maintained in good working order and replaced or repaired as necessary.
Implementation of Program. In the event that Company provides Program Authorization to Project Manager, Company agrees to:
i) Allocate the services of its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and engage such other outside professionals as are required to the successfully implement and complete each task associated with the Program, pursuant to the Project Manager's recommendation, unless modified in writing by the mutual consent of the Parties; and
ii) Issue such compensation as is required by Project Manager and such other outside professionals as engaged pursuant to this Agreement, so as to cause timely implementation of the Program pursuant to the Project Manager's recommendation, unless modified in writing by the mutual consent of the Parties.
